I felt like she gave false hope and advertisement. She claims to be a therapist but she's not licensed and I felt like she was wasting my time because I had to explain to her ideas like systematic racism which is surprisingly because she's always saying she's about empowering WOC but I think she means her, a woman of color.

I recently found this girl on Instagram and tried to find out if she is credentialed to help people like she claims. She is NOT. She did not go into the training necessary that other psychologists, therapists, or any type of training trauma professionals go through. If she did, she would have a license # you can verify. Not only that, she is not transparent about how exactly donating to her website will actually help low-Income and/or minority women. For all we know, she’s spending these funds on herself as she is likely classifying herself as this. You see how she victimizes herself on her social media despite being from the USA with its large safety nets - especially against food insecurity. I should know, I work in social services. I grew up relying on these services in the same town as her. For example, her childhood hunger stories of not eating for days would not be accurate as schools provide at least 2 meals a day - free for low income students. Many organizations including the government give more than once a week food drives, including the community she came from. Please don’t fund her and please go to a real professional. There are real organizations out there that truly help real people in need such as women in domestic violence shelters. These are the real women who need your funds.
