I purchased a bundle program for a family member's b-day gift. The gift needed to be a surprise so I ordered the bundle package in my name until the big day. When the time arrived, Julia assisted me with an account transition and handled everything in about 1 minute. Great customer care and efficient expert assistance.

I am enjoying all of these courses, as they were exactly what I was looking for. We're doing a DIY complete home renovation, and unfortunately, I never went through my HGTV phase, so I needed to start from the basics. There are numerous great pro tips embedded throughout the lessons, and Erinn does an incredible job of teaching. The customer service is top-notch as well—responsive, and they went above and beyond to help.

Erinn’s courses are fantastic! I knew what I wanted for my lower level remodel but I didn’t know how to achieve it and doubted I could do it myself. Her courses provide a confidence building step-by-step process along with valuable tips on how to work with your contractor. The value she provides is fantastic. So worth the money. 5 stars!

I had questions regarding a few programs that I purchased from Erin Design. I wasn’t able to find them in my account. I received a response from Julia almost immediately. I had also purchased an Interior Design training that was not in my account and I’d forgotten about. She solved the issue quickly!

The company was immediately responsive to an error that occurred at the time I registered. The special code to reduce the cost by $100 did go through and after I notified them of this I was promptly refunded the money. Excellent support.

I purchased the "Furniture Color Palette Toolkit" which was described as an "e-book" and valued at $27, all you get are two videos (1:37 and 3:51 long), a 13 page pdf document (of which three pages are the cover, an introduction and the back page) and a two-page word document with links to retail sites.

The other 10 pages of "content" in this "book" are just pictures.

I've emailed them to ask if that is all the material and their reply was generic instructions on how to access the course content.

I love the way Erinn V takes me through each room and is very detailed on how and why she designs her own and her clients homes the way she does. Being creative and engaging with her down to earth personality makes it easy and fun to learn from her. I’m almost halfway through the 14 courses of her design course. I’m an aspiring Interior Decorator and I would recommend this book and these courses to anyone interested in learning more about interior design from a professionals perspective.
