I bought an android media unit for my 2007 Ford Fiesta the lasted all of 10 days and ended up costing me a small fortune. First of all the front speakers on my car started crackling so i replaced them at a cost of £100 still the same so I bought an amplifier at a cost of £120 and connected my front speakers to it everything good the half an hour later the rear speakers started crackling I thought maybe my speakers were done so connected them to the amp all good for a day or so then the amp started cutting out after 1 song. So I put my old unit and speakers back in all good. I sent it back and they were telling me to test the unit and send them a picture which meant i had to cut wires and void my warranty which I refused to do. I would advise not purchasing from this company

Have a Erison 9in for my VW, so crap, within 2 weeks my radio stopped working, I started using DAB the reception on it keeps dropping out, the unit and its apps all frooze it would do nothing all day when turned on, put the car in reverse it froze in the reverse screen and would not get out of it, 3rd time I started the car it said shutting down and has not turned on ever since, waiting for response for a replacement, spend the extra cash and buy a proper unit!!!

I think all the previous users have already covered what is really happening with this company.
I Bought a stereo for my car.Unfortunately after less than half year it was draining the battery of the car.I tried to contact with their customer service( their customer service is the worst ever) and finally after a lot of emails we agreed to send it back (with my cost) for checking.After i sent it I was proposed or to accept another model as a replacement or a refund with half money (ONLY) because they said that it has passed half year ,I thought warranty for one year is the same worldwide!NOT for them! Anyway, even the replacement model i was given was not the same with the one i bought (didn't have 3g) and later on found out NOT for free. Big mess! After asking for refund (the half one) they suddenly found the same model (I am so lucky!!ironic) but wanted (only) 10% of its value for postage.These guys are unbelievable!i ve been using the internet for so many years for buying stuff but i ve never been cheated like that before.
Unfortunately I started checking in the internet (i should have done that much earlier) and found dozens of similar compaints.
Guys DON'T Buy from this company!It is no cheap!The products are not going to work or their expire date is very short!I am sure the users that have a left positive review or they have just bought it or they are working in that company!

You get what you pay for... they specialise in cost effective, Chinese made, android head units. The units I bought were simple plug-in and play units (mainly for a BMW E46) and they worked as well as any other Chinese android head unit retailer. Erisin tends to have better specifications for these head units and / or are the first to release to market. First to market usually means that the software / hardware is more Beta than end product but usually fixes do come. Erisin support could be better but they have provided firmware updates to myself (from a head unit I bought on ebay). Otherwise the XDA forum is usually a good source of information (although this will require you to be a little more hands on). Really, all these Chinese head units are proof of concept kits so either a) buy one to have fun with (taking it apart, solder upgrades to, customise the ROM, etc) or b) spend more on a retail head unit such as the Pioneer touch screen with Android Auto support. Have realistic expectations (on both the capability of the product and your capability to deal with the issues) and then you won't be disappointed.

WARNING the units they sell are beyond poor quality. First one continually rebooting. Then it worked for a week. Speakers stopped working. Then cd wouldn't eject.

DAB is the worst. I live in a very good Dab area and the unit even with a upgraded pro dab aerial was terrible. Squeaks and slow transmission of data.

Only good thing is it's looking good in the dash board and that it.

Spend the £800 on a decent alpine unit and use the £232 for a pro fitter.

Don't spend any money on erisin

Like most others, my unit became faulty within months of purchase. eBay & PayPal protection periods had expired. Then the nightmare began! Erisin would not accept the unit back for repair. They firstly asked me to dismantle it and check internal wiring (voiding warranty), which I refused to do. They then diagnosed the problem without looking at it and said I had to buy new parts. Eventhough I had months of warranty remaining. I sent message after message and they repeatedly replied asking for money for repair parts. They are a nightmare. They won’t accept returns and will not honour the warranty.
Please don’t buy these products. They are cheap knock offs that will breakdown with no return.
My credit card company are dealing with the problem now.

Just to give you all a heads up,if you buy an erisin product from any other place other than the online erisin store they will not support the device thus if you buy it from ebay or amazon or anywhere else you are pretty screwed your only option is the ebay seller or amazon,having said that ebay are a bunch of pr**ks to say the least its all about greed (they dont want to lose their chunk of money) anyhoo i made the mistake of buying an erisin stereo ...never again they will not support it even though its their product...typical chinese crap ..after sales is as useless as the crap they sell....:)oh yes i alsmost forgot their live chat is just about the same..CRAP

I bought a 1 din car stereo touchscreen unit. After 6 months the screen stopped working. I contacted Erisin to have it repaired or replaced under the 12 month warranty. They asked me to take it apart and try to fix it, then after I refused wanted me to find a local place to repair it at my cost.
Now they have stopped replying to any of my messages. I bought it on Ebay in Australia, and both Ebay and Paypal have been useless as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM ERISIN THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY. I will be taking legal action.

I bought a 2DIN head unit from Erisin. I really regret it. Very poor quality. Radio broadcast quality is poor. The mobile phone's handsfree microphone is weak. Every week there is another mistake. I do not recommend buying.

Do not purchase anything from this company, the products they sell do not correspond with the correct vehicles. Placed order waited 6 weeks only to receive the wrong product, very poor customer service. They don't respond unless you get PayPal involved in the dispute. Returned the item costing me £30, but it was delivered without signing despite my request. Now been 2 months no stereo and no refund. Now I have to claim the insurance from Royal Mail. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Bought a radio .Refurbised . radio broke and did send it back to chine ,needed to pay shipping costs to them.
After almoost 3 months they did send it back and was still not repaired .
I did send it back again ,and they made problems about this that they did not agreed that i was sending itt back.
After a lot of emails thwe told me this radio is not made anymore,
So the offered me $ 27,- and wanted to send the broken radio back.
i payed for the radsoio almoost $300,-
I got 1 year waranty for this radio ,even when its not produced anymore ,this is realy nor my problem .

So take care with ERISIN.

I bought there several things and always and 50% is not good and need to send it back to them.

they not want to send money back ,or replace the radio or even repair it
Only offer is that they want to send back 27 $ and the old broken radio

The paid me back a amount of 27 $ for the in WARANTY broken radio.
And prommised me to send it back .They did , but till my susprise i need to pay local post 25 $ to receive this package.
Are the F****** stupid by ERISIN or what.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND ME AFTER I SEND BACK THE RADIO BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE DISFUNCTIONS. THEY REFUND ME ONLY 2/3. AND I ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PACKAGE! SO AVOID ERISIN !

I bought a multimedia unit to fit a Mercedes W211 February 2017 it worked for the first 6 months with a few problems then the sat nave stopped working sent several emails to Erisin and their tech support neither of which seem to exist. I have sent around 10 mails to them which they do not answer. I bought it through EBay using PayPal I thought you got some sort of protection when you used these so called reputable organisations not so it is made very difficult to get in contact with either organisation you keep getting turned back to their FAO sections I think they set up their site in such a fashion so that you will get fed up and go away. I paid £212.00 which I may as well poured down the drain. If you are thinking of buying an ERISON product I strongly advise extreme caution this is not what I would call a reputable organisation as they take your money and run also EBay and PayPal are not all their cracked up to be when you have a problem your on your own BUYER BEWARE of this company

Bought one of their head units on ebay 31/10/2017.
It didn't work.After many messages they sent me pics with instructions to modify the harness by cutting and replacing wires.That seemed to work so they agreed the harness was faulty.They would send me a new harness if i pay £40 postage.I raised a case with ebay.I told them i wanted a return for full refund and asked them for their uk address,as the original listing said the item was in london.They gave me an address in Germany.I said i would only return it to the london address as in the listing.Then they said they would send a new harness at their expense.
6 days later they asked me to close my ebay case before they would send replacement harness.Then i rang ebay.
Ebay said they are guilty of misrepresentation by listing the item location as london.They are in Hong Kong.
Also to say they would send the replacement part only after i closed the ebay case was blackmail.
Ebay refunded me in full and said throw the head unit in the bin.
Moral of the story...BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.
IF YOU MUST BUY FROM THEM DO IT THROUGH EBAY AND ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH THEM VIA EBAY MESSAGES.

FOOTNOTE...while I was trying to maintain contact to try to get it to work Erisin were very hard to get in contact with.
Since I have been refunded,4 days ago, I have received countless messages,calls and texts asking me to return it.
Ebay told me I am free to dispose of it.Thats what i did.

I paid $298 for the unit and it stopped working (cannot power on) after 2 months. Their eBay site says they are Australian local store but they asked me to send it to China for repair at my cost ($60). After they received item they said the motherboard is broken and its not repairable and they didn't accept to swap with a new one or equivalent one. So I paid $298 + $60 and got nothing. Don't waste your money and don't trust very poor quality Chinese service. They don't understand what WARRANTY means.

I've had one of their Android car units for over 2 years no and have not had any problems. Works really well. One thing to keep in mind though is that you will not receive any Android system or security updates on their units ever!

Don't buy it, you waste your money

I got one and have it installed. Since the first day I was never able to use it without any problem, everything is going wild, FM doesn't work even with antenna installed, it goes haywire. It's a catastrophic product. Bought it for 348 € sent from UK
