    Great service from ERoofing

    Great service from ERoofing, product was well priced with free next day delivery. Email communication was great updating on delivery. I would definitely buy from them again.

    Product supplied not as advertised

    Bought a product advertised on ebay. The product came in a plain polythene bag and not the official manufacturer’s product packaging shown on ebay. eRoofing said it was the same product in the bag but I doubt it and had no way of verifying this. I lost my return postage cost as eroofing would not cover this even with the product clearly not being as shown in the advertisement. BEWARE!!
    You ask in your reply is there anything you can do. Yes there is. I sent photo showing the product was not as shown in ebay so if you are a reputable company, own the error and refund my £12.95 return postage
