terrible service and people

ordered with online shop. after 14 days didn't receive parvel. they said it was returned to them. no error from no one. they didn't want to send it again. so after this period it was obvious that i wanted to stop the order. they said it's not possibe... so? no parcel, no money back?
made me very angry, order was planned for borthday. i told them. they sent some money back but charged postage for 2 ways. the amount of my order was actually correct to get postage free. i feel not only disrespected, they even cheat.
ordered there for many years - never again!!!
