Product is great but my only complaint is the zippers suck Ive already at two come off and I can’t use one of the pockets anymore cause all of my stuff falls out of it if I do. I don’t think I would buy the backpack again.

Erozul humidity packs came individually packaged and brand new. Perfect humidity control.

I did a bit of shopping on this one. I recently started working at a dispensary and one of my roomates, really doesn't like the smell of hemp. She doesn't care that I smoke it, as long as it's outside, but she really isn't a fan of the odor, which is fair, yaknow? Anyway, due to my new job, I've been sampling a wide variety of products from work, namely flower, to compare and contrast strains and such, and there's been some mild discussion about the offensive odor. Plus I'm a backpack kinda guy and I'd been rocking my old, non smell proof bag for probably 5 plus years, so I figured it would be a good time to swear in the new guard, so to speak, and invest in an upgrade in terms of odor and security.

I looked at several product lines, and the Erozul Equinox ended up being what I felt would be the closest to my preferred style, sling bag, as opposed to a backpack or messenger bag. One nitpick on that, I do wish they offered more colors and/or designs, there was a competitor that seemed to cater more to a more explicit connoisseur of hemp products, rather than "herbs and spices", so there was definitely more wacky patterns and designs, which I did like, but the storage space to price ratio is what sold me on the Erozul. I'd like an olive drab/brown, kinda old school military rucksack kinda vibe with my color palate, or something with some plaid or something would be cool. That being said, if the biggest nitpick I have is due to lack of variation in style, it's not that big a deal. It's slightly less spacious than my previous bag, and I am an enamel pin kinda guy, so I'm unable to display quite as many of my pins as I'd like, but I've got the really good ones to fit on there, and I've got all my important odds and ends, like my PDW, my flower, my books, phone charger, sentimental charms, etc, all situated comfortably. Plus the built in key ring is a big plus, cause I'm ADHD af and lose my keys like 4 times a week.

Also, when I ordered the bag I realized the second I placed the order, I still had my Google auto-fill address (hooray for the miracles of modern technology) set to my old address. I was able to get in touch with customer service, they responded promptly, within about an hour or so, processed an order cancelation and refund, and advised me to redo my order with the correct address, which worked out just fine. The refund processed the next business day, and order arrived today, at around 11 AM on the second business day after placing my order. So, in terms of shipping time and customer service, 10/10 as well.

As far as utility goes of the functionality of the product, I'm not sure on the odor blocking technology just cause I haven't even been out of the house with it or put it to the test or anything, but according to all the other reviews it does it's job, well. The lock was easy to set to a custom code, and the little number dials turn easily, as opposed to some other brands that I noticed catch and stick a bit.

Also, swag. I got an Erozul lanyard with a built in bottle opener, which is, as somebody who's been a bartender/budtender his whole life, that's a sick piece of merch. There's a sticker, imagine, I like enamel pins, shocker I also sticker bomb my stuff, so another winner for me. I got a mylar baggie, iykyk. Also the clip for the shoulder strap is a pleasing mechanism, for my tactile type folks, my texture over taste, kinetic sand kinds of cats. The clasp is a gratifying mechanism, and the anchors seem to be good and solid and well attached.

Ooh, one more thing for the road, the shoulder strap has a perfect little debit card/cash sized zipper pocket for easy access to payment methods or whatever else you might like to keep in there, and a little cloth loop or whatever that you can hang charms or a keychain or, in my case, a lanyard off of, yaknow?

So yes, overall, 10/10, would order again, great customer service, good product, lots of little bells and whistles and things to play with. Unboxing this product, transferring my inventory, so to speak, and writing this review has been a full blown event.

Oh yeah and the gummy candies, namely sour patch kids and swedish fish, were a nice little treat along with my already very satisfactory order.

So far the bag is amazing it's not big in size but big in space it can hold everything I have and separately my stuff doesn't need to be in the same compartment and best of all its smell proof so two thumbs up

Great product, delivered quickly. Smell proof as advertised. The jars are great. The small bag I got is a little big (lunch box size), with LOTs of storage. I need a mini version to go along with the small one. Would definitely recommend.
