Ok love your products, until I ordered the small c vault with the screw lid. They don’t stay sealed!!! Ok so it’s not the best product but the return process was the killer it took forever to get a response, I never received an RMA number which, according to your site you need in order to return a product. I returned it anyway and did get a refund less 15% and shipping. If your product does not work I have issue with paying a restocking fee

Fast, free shipping. Erozul sells the smaller "twist" C-Vault models, which seem to be harder to find. I'm a happy customer and all my flower stays perfect after harvest.

Great overall experience and product! Got the item on sale but even their standard price seems fair. The bag locks and zips easily and it’s simple to customize the code. It’s majority smell proof from a normal scenario and will work for keeping strangers from questions. However freinds and I swear we can still smell through it if we put the bag to our face and smell, which makes me doubt that it’s K9 proof.The bag once opening has many well make compartments to slide items in or just place between the dividers. Slightly on the small side but still able to fit the essentials. Only downside is the middle flap that is essiantal for separation in the bag but if you put anything in the top portion then it bulges and makes it difficult to close the bag. Overall it’s just as described and shipped fast. I am pleased and would buy from this company again. (PS. They gave me 4 gold reflective stickers)

I love the entire line of products. Everything has always been excellent quality and performs as purported. Ordered from Erozul more than once. Excellent customer service team. When the item I ordered was out of stock I was contacted and offered the next option up from my original selection or a full refund. I chose the upgrade. I would like to stress how much this type of customer service is disappearing. Erozul is getting it right. If it's not right they make it right. How much else could you ask for?
