Shopping in Erresse I can fully recommend. Great products with super prices. I did order Villeroy&Boch in best prices. I didn´t find better price in whole Europe. It was my first experience with this shop, frankly speaking I was a little bit nervous. But now I MUST SAY WOOOW. Great experience. I will order something, again. Super fast delivery (3-4 days) to Slovakia. Items was very carefully packed. I also want say big thanks you to all staff from that shop.

I would have liked some tracking info on my package and an option to choose the language of the accompanied cookbook. That said, I am very happy with my purchase and my product.

Fantastic people to deal with AAA+++
I ordered the Emile Henry Bread Cloche on the 2nd of December. It was processed and shipped on the 3rd.
It arrived on my doorstep on the morning of the 9th of December, all the way from Italy. I'm in a regional town in Victoria Australia.
During this period I received automatic daily tracking updates from UPS which didn't require me to do daily searches.
The shipping cost was very reasonable and the purchase price was nothing less than ridiculously low ( REAL BARGAIN )
It came very well packaged, eliminating any chance of breakage.
If only all online shopping would be this good

Magimix 5200XL premium
Finally, my Magimix 5200XL premium food processor arrived. Shipping from Paris to my home took seven working days, which is very fast. I ordered Magimix from the Erresse Shop, but it came directly from Magimix, France, in the additional outer sturdy shipping box, which protects the processor well. The processor came in red, a hard-to-find color in EU resellers, and I love it so much.
Any downside? I would like to see tracking data.
I recommend Erresse Shop for its reliability, fast shipping, smooth transactions, and a great assortment of kitchen and home equipment. Thanks, Erresse Shop.
