The nails are beautiful and of good quality. But i've tried many of their glue or pads and they are not really resistant. You can actually wear them for a week.

My package arrived as expected 2-3weeks after ordering it said 5 business days to create and 5-7 business days to send and was very on point for the description.
I received the package but without an e-mail notification.
The support team reached out to me 2 days later (after package arrival)because they worried that I met didn’t receive my order.
And I just started wearing one of my nail sets with flowers petals and I’m Totally enchanted I can’t stop looking at them they are soo pretty/beautiful.
I was really sceptical because these nail stickers never worked for me so I ordered the pro kit. And it is the best I have ever tried it’s like freshly made salon nails. Just make sure you charge the pen first. (I did not at first and was hella confused at my first try)
All in all a really awesome experience the whole packaging of the items as well.
Definitely will order again
Extremely satisfied:)))

The nails are absolutely amazing! They are good quality, strong and the design on them look just like I've been to a salon.
The contact between the business and customer is also great, I had a question about my order and I got a reply within a few hours. 10/10 will order from them again!

Nails are always the greatest quality ever and are priced reasonable. Customer service is at high level and generally I really enjoy buying from them.

I’ve ordered a few sets from Ersa and so far, I’ve been really happy with my purchases. I’ve had no issues with the tabs holding, often getting some to last up to 5 days. I do think they are pricey, but the quality and sturdiness is worth it. When I wear them, I always get compliments and it’s often followed by surprise that they are press-ons. I haven’t had to deal with customer service yet, but I will say the shipping is quite slow. But I can always see where it is, and an estimated time. For now, I’ll continue to purchase from Ersa

I wish I checked the reviews before spending over £100 on nails...
Horrible customer experience, vague timelines and condescending statements.
Please avoid and just support more local businesses. I wish I did.
Update 30JUL2025: the nails arrived and I will say they are beautiful, packaged really nicely and been working great with the liquid glue. Customer service has been in touch, not much success on partial refunds but at least there was some communication and offers to make it right.

This is still a real customer. Truthfully I didn’t know how bad their customer service was or else I would not have written such a glowing review. They are awful at customer service. Like hell levels of awful. I emailed them saying one of the sets was not cured at all and they were so delayed and inconsistent with their customer service. That whole scenario was annoying but I thought this was a one off. Oh how wrong I was. The straw that broke the camels back was I ordered a nail refill, I emailed them with the set name, what finger, and what order to attach it on it in my intial email. They sent me another email asking what set, what finger, and what order to attach it to. This tells me they don’t read the emails you send them. Secondly, when I finally got the nail refill, it was from another set, a different nail, and it was on a separate order all together. I would NOT recommend shopping here at all, find a nail stylist that actually values you enough to provide proper customer service, or pray that you never have to interact with their customer service ever. They make legit nail art, but god their customer service is so horrible it will turn you away from ever buying from them again.
Old review
I really love the nails I’ve bought from ersa nails. I’ve bought like 10 sets and I can for sure tell you they’re hand made. They do have a sharp c curve and the sticky tabs are awful (just buy a bulk pack from Amazon it’s so much better) but the nails are legit. I saw some reviews about them being drop shippers and that really freaked me out, but from what I can tell they did a Black Friday deal with drop shipped nails which is awful I hate that. But there actual release designs are handmade. On some of the older designs they are a little on the thinner side and even on the older designs they’ll forget to put on the last layer of top coat, but that’s an easy fix. IMO I don’t think they’re drop shippers they make them by hand and they’re based in china so shipping does take a long time but I will wait for them cause they’re so worth it. People also said that customer service is awful and I haven’t had to contact them so I can’t say anything about that. I wasn’t paid by the company to write this nor am I affiliated with the company, I just really like their nails.

Took a whole month or more to get to me. I got two sets and one of the sets was noticably smaller in sizing than the other even though being labeled the same size and considering I closely followed their size guide. Apart from that I really like the designs and the producer did email me about the delay but not until almost a month had gone by, but overall in my opinion it's not worth the price, especially because you can't return them either.

The shopping experience was smooth and without delays. The nails looked very beautiful at first, but unfortunately, the color started to fade after just a few days. Despite following the tutorial carefully during application, they don’t hold very well—I often have to carry glue with me in case one falls off. The overall quality is not quite what I expected, and I was somewhat disappointed. Additionally, I find the extra charge for customization a bit unfair.
Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from ErsaNails again. The products are overpriced considering the quality, which did not meet my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it, as I feel it’s not a good value for money. Please save your money, it’s really not worth it.
Update: ErsaNails contacted me, and I sent them an email on July 31 as suggested. As of today (August 11), I have still not received a reply. Very unfortunate—I had hoped their customer service would improve my experience with ErsaNails, but it did not.

Awful customer service and shipping times. I had bought a hefty order (£200+) back in May after falling for their heavy marketing on TikTok and Instagram, and only just received the order after having gone through their customer service (not very helpful at all) and me having to raise a PayPal dispute - thank god for them! Overall the quality vs the price of the nails are not worth it, look at other places. Once I did receive the order, the nails were just underwhelming and frankly for the price just not justifiably! I am never ordering from them again, honestly a waste of money and time! Don’t fall for their marketing people!
Edit from the reply: I don’t know what you’re talking about I’ve not received any further communication from you regarding pictures? Regarding shipments, I think you need to amend your shipping schedules as they are clearly incorrect and leading customers in the wrong way.

Overally pretty awesome experience. Yet to receive order, complained about the delay and was told my order would be a priority due to me already waiting longer than expected.
Obviously this seems to be a common issue looking at the other trustpilot reviews.
I'd avoid purchasing nails from Ersa unless you plan on ordering then a year in advance...

It's been 10 days since I ordered and I've had no updates on my order. On shop, the order is showing as "preparing shipment". Ironically, they've been advertising using the words "just in time for your holiday"... maybe if the holiday is in December. Spending £70 on press on nails isn't much use if they don't arrive.
Edit: The nails took 21 days to arrive but I actually think they are great. I got two sets of nails and the ProTouch Kit Premier. I don't recommend buying without the ProTouch because the UV is what helps them stay on for so long. I've had them on for 6 days now, and have only had two pop off. These were easy enough to reapply with the UV light - as long as you don't lose them!
Overall I'm happy and will probably purchase again. I've had lots of compliments on the Cat Eye CO1

The nails do not work at all, they lasted less than a day for me, even after carefully following the instructions. I emailed for a refund (I bought 3 sets but only used 1 so wanted to return 2) and they were incredibly unhelpful, resending instructions over and over again and refusing any type of refund. Avoid at all costs, it's a waste of money.

i have tried the tabs and the glue with the blue light. i thought it sounded so cool and i loved that i would be able to take them off or on anytime but they didn't even last a couple of days. sometimes the blue light and glue method literally doesn't work at all and the nail won't stick down. save your money traditional mail glue for the win.

Bought the nails in large. They only sell 10 nails, one for each nail.. the sizing was totally wrong, most were too small for me, others were the correct size. I emailed to request a refund, they refused to do so even though the nails had not been used.

Took a long time for them to ship out order. Took them 3 weeks to ship out the order, but after that it’s 6 business days to receive it . I think they are still small business and have a hard time keeping up with the amount of orders they get. Customer service takes a couple days to respond.

Nails are pretty, but the Nail glue does not work correctly! the nails will fall off after one day, even if you bought the extra gel for „longer wear“. Then I cleaned the Nails with alcohol as they said and they shrunken to a different shape and now they’re unusable. Waste of money

Reply from Ersanails
From what I have experienced their costumer service has been really great and really sweet. As I'm experiencing a problem with my delivery service in my country I hope this continues cause the responses has been good 10/10

Reply from Ersanails
The nails are very pretty but the customer service is terrible and takes away from the business. They will not respond to emails, dm’s or messages sent through the shopify app. They also delete comments from their instagram.
