Disappointed

We ordered a 3 bed castle and first of all we didn’t receive all the parts when promised, due an extremely bad service of the courier who didn’t deliver the packages to the address mentioned. After chase in the missing part we eventually received them after almost one week. I spoke with the responsible in Germany and also in Italy receiving not proper answers and denying responsibility for the delivery, but I paid the material DAP, so it is their responsibility to deliver everything on time to the place. When we started to mount the bed we discovered that the finishing was not perfect and some parts were damaged. The worst was when we discovered that some holes were not open and inside there were worms.
