They have been going downhill for years. Instead of made in Australia they are now made in China for triple the cost and half the quality. A few great collaborations hardly makes up for ripping off their customers.
Honestly I cannot say enough good things about their store, fast delivery, beautiful products and the most incredible customer service! A must shop!
They used bait advertising with their free gift offer if you spend over $140. But they dont advertise how many free gifts they have, when they've run out so it encourages a lot more people to spend over $140 and they end up missing out on the free gift. By not telling consumers how many they could make just 10 and no one would know! I contacted Erstwilder and the free gift ran out at 1pm. Half an hour later!! Scam. Old fashioned bait advertising.. they even put the photo of the free gift on instagram to lure people. Last purchase I'll make for the rest of my life with Erstwilder. Selling my collection on buy sells and never wearing their Made in China profuct in huge quantities again. Learned my lesson. If I ever buy another brooch it will always be Laliblue. Till now I didn't even receive an email confirmation of my order, it's only listed on my account, but they've happily taken my money AND don't even reply to a message sent via chat.
