I ordered about 2 week ago and I'm still waiting for my order!

I placed my order for Erth Labs coffee on 8/9/26 and still haven’t received a tracking number or my order. I honestly don’t even want it anymore

RUN, Do Not Walk away from the offers on your social media feeds. I like mushroom coffee for the caffeine reduction and the benefits of adaptagens and essential mushrooms. I bought one bag as a one-time purchase. The following month I was charged for two bags which I immediately disputed with my bank. I was given an immediate credit by the bank when they looked and saw the company's phone is (888)-888-8888. I went to the Erth website
This month I received another charge for two bags which again I disputed and received immediate credit. My bank finally had to place a stop payment on Earth Labs.
On top of the scam artistry, their mushroom coffee tastes like topsoil.

Love the product, hate the service. The pictures on the website show a larger bag in the starter kit than you actually get. I submitted a concern about this and got a poor response that was irrelevant. Each bag is different in its taste. Even with that said it is very good and I have already reordered. Best I have had. Slow delivery.

I am completely dissatisfied with Erth Labs, it took two weeks for my order to arrive and when I tried to cancel the order, even just 4 hours after the order went through, I was told it was not possible, but even 9 days after the order, it still has not shipped. This is absolutely ludacris!

It’s living up to my expectations so far, probably a week in of mixing in with my early morning coffee. Definitely more tuned in and energized. Time will tell.

THIS A SCAM. Do not buy you will never receive you order won’t get a refund. ALERT THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Maybe if you would send my order I could try it.
Ordered on August 7 2026. No shipping update has been sent. No product has been received.
Pretty disappointed.

You guys were fast you guys were efficient. You took care of my problem right away and took no more charges to come off. Thank you very much for replying so yeah.

Never received the product.

I never received your product sent a email no response, and called # on cc charge no answer couldn't even leave a voicemail very disappointed.

I received an email that you wanted a review. How can I give a review if I haven't even received the product yet? I ordered the starter kit on August 8 and still have not received it. I hope I don't get charged for the next subscription till I at least get to try it! I'm very excited to try it, but the communication needs to improve.

Response was quite fast - within an hour or less of my sending a question, and answered my concerns completely. I’m impressed.

I placed the order 20 days ago and have not received anything. No, I’m not happy about that. It is ridiculous.

The product tastes great. I enjoy it every morning. The only problem I had was the tracking link. It stayed on label produced and never showed movement towards delivery. Then all of a sudden it was here.

Ordered on the 8th of August, it is now the 29th of August and still haven’t received my order. When I tried to email customer service I was only met with an automated response that says it shipping takes 7-13 days. It has been well over 13 days and the link still says “preparing these items for you.” It may be a good product but I wouldn’t know as I haven’t been able to try it…
