At all stages, from initial quote to site survey to installation, staff arrived exactly when they said they would. We are returning customers which also speaks for itself. Quality is top notch. Installation was without drama with the team clearing up after themself each day. We will come back again when we need other new doors and/or windows. Very good service with ERW
After having somme issues with the lock cylinder I contacted ERW customer service which answered quickly. A technician came also quickly and solved the issue leaving everything clean after he finished .
