Extremely negative experience

The parcel service experience has been extremely negative.
I placed my order and pay for express delivery service, which means the order must have been delivered on May 14th in my address.
I had to go today 18th to a pickup point.
UPS failed completely and cheat and lied, for stated “nobody at address” on Saturday 16th at 11.00AM when this is not true for I was in the address.
I believe this is the last time I place an order in Farnell and let it know to my network.

Farnell is a top-notch electronic supplier

Farnell is a top-notch electronic supplier. Its portfolio of products is huge, it is constantly updated and deliveries are very quickly (24/48 hours). Likewise, technical documentation is available for every part and delivery notes and invoices are provided with every order. I totally recommend Farnell as trustful partner in your supply chain.
