I bought a pair of shoes when they arrived they smelt of glue like they had just been stuck together and sent to me from china. I sent them back and I have still not gotten a refund.

I've been buying barefoot shoes for years, after seeing so many professional ads from this brand, it seemed a European brand for an affordable price. I purchased a pair and after receiving the track and trace I was already sceptic when I noticed it was coming from China. It arrived today after two weeks and it is indeed Chinese plastic junk with a logo slapped on. First and last time purchase. Rather buy durable, natural breathing fabrics. I don't expect these to last very long and as usul returning and refunding with Chinese junk is impossible.

I’ve been waiting over two weeks for delivery of my shoes, which is far longer than expected. The tracking information on the courier’s website hasn’t been updated since 27 April, leaving me with no idea where the package is.

When I contact customer service, the responses appear to be AI-generated and simply repeat the same standard messages without actually addressing my issue.

I’m genuinely a fan of the shoes themselves, but waiting more than two weeks for an online order is unacceptable in this day and age. I expected a much more reliable delivery experience and better customer support.

Love these shoes, very down to earth I have added insoles, but the wide toe lends itself to the most comfortable shoe ever

Purchasing the wrong size was my mistake, but Saguaro replaced with the correct size without issue. The process was very easy. The quality of the shoes is excellent. I love that Saguaro is very eco-friendly with their shoes being shipped in reusable cloth bags.

I have barely been using my Saguaro for 2 weeks and the insole started to slide towards the back while I am wearing them. No matter how good I place it inside the shoe, it always slides, even it slips off at the heel. It's so incomfortable.
These are the second Saguaro shoes I've tried and with both of them happened the same. Not happy at all, never gonna order them again.

I am still waiting for reimbursement of my shipping costs for returning a pair of shoes and for my replacement shoes to be sent to me. It's been almost three weeks, and the ‘intelligent’ assistant who responds to my emails has not yet resolved the issue. Let's see how things progress with the ‘hassle-free’ return of products. To be honest, I don't feel like it's been hassle-free so far.

Took an extraordinarily long time to receive my new shoes. I received one or two email communications from the company apologizing for the long time -- over a month -- and a coupon code for a 10% discount on a future order, but frankly, that is insufficient. I am quite sure I will never order from this company again with the poor service, and half-hearted apology. Their reaction seemed insincere at best, and there are lots of companies that I get apparel from on-line that are EXCELLENT in their distribution planning and execution, delivery, and product quality (e.g. three to five days), and get it right EVERY TIME. Very disappointing.

The delivery service they use had the order sitting in their warehouse for over a week, when I called the service told me that the it would be delivered the following day, and then when it was not delivered, they told me they couldn't locate the package. Now they are saying they will return the package to Saguaro because they tried to deliver twice, but their own tracking page clearly shows that they didn't attempt delivery because they "ran out of time". Saguaro have not tried to resolve this but we're happy to take my money. Terrible customer service. I needed these shoes to alleviate a medical condition and I've been lied to about their location and delivery for two weeks.

UPDATE: The package cannot be found by the delivery service, and now Saguaro is ignoring my requests for a refund.

A bit heavier and bulkier than I expected. Also narrower. But they work for now, more so after I removed the insoles.

Delivery came on time and in good condition.

Only is spanish and haven't seeit in portuguese.

I bought two pairs of the same size. One pair fit perfectly, but the other pair was uncomfortable, as if the size was smaller than mine. Therefore, I cannot comment on all products of this brand, as some fit perfectly, while others are too small, tight and uncomfortable.
