Extremely frustrating experience with SHEIN Spain

Absolut unterirdischer Kundenservice bei SHEIN Spanien. Mehrere Produkte kamen beschädigt an, die Verpackung war komplett zerstört und ein Badeanzug wurde sogar ohne Hygieneschutz/Zwickelschutz geliefert. Alles wurde sorgfältig mit Fotos dokumentiert. Trotzdem erhielt ich lediglich lächerliche Erstattungen von 0,62 € und 0,33 €.

Zusätzlich stellte sich nach dem Ausprobieren heraus, dass die gelieferten Geräte nicht funktionierten – auch das wurde vom Kundenservice einfach ignoriert. Den Badeanzug sowie zwei Bodys habe ich zurückgeschickt, doch nun wurde die zugesagte Erstattung erneut gestrichen, obwohl sämtliche Nachweise und Fotos vorliegen.

Der Kundenservice besteht praktisch nur aus Bots und standardisierten Floskeln. Auf konkrete Probleme wird überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Als Kunde fühlt man sich ständig wie ein Betrüger behandelt, obwohl man sorgsam mit allen Artikeln umgeht und alles korrekt dokumentiert hat.

Für mich eine extrem frustrierende Erfahrung. SHEIN Spanien ist in Sachen Kundenservice absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Extremely frustrating experience with SHEIN Spain

Absolutely terrible customer service from SHEIN Spain. Several products arrived damaged, the packaging was completely destroyed, and one swimsuit was even delivered without a hygiene liner protection. Everything was carefully documented with photos. Despite this, I only received ridiculous refunds of €0.62 and €0.33.

In addition, after testing the devices, it turned out that they did not work at all — this issue was simply ignored by customer service. I returned the swimsuit and two bodysuits, but now the promised refund has been withdrawn again, even though all evidence and photos were provided.

Customer service basically consists only of bots and standardized copy-paste responses. Specific issues are completely ignored. As a customer, you constantly feel treated like a scammer, even though you handle all items carefully and document everything properly.

For me, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. SHEIN Spain is absolutely not recommendable when it comes to customer service.

Es.Shein and the shop LOVIBEL are…

Es.Shein and the shop LOVIBEL are selling items using stolen photography from our Etsy shop. The photography has been photo shopped removing our product and replacing with a different item. These photos are our shops intellectual property and have been copyrighted more than a year ago. Shein was notified of this infraction also a year ago, yet these listings and photographs are still proliferated continually. My daughter's head and my photography have sold thousands of items with this stolen product photography. The offending listing is number SC2209246001774318 Do not support a business that allows this blatant offense and the targeting of small independent shops in the US.
