Poor delivery service
Nothing wrong with your product but the delivery company said they called at 9am but there was no answer. We were there all the time and SEUR are never in our area at 9am. They then said we had to pick up the package from a pick up point. It was even printed on the label that we had to collect from there. They never intended to deliver to us in the first place. Useless delivery company.

The supplements arrived quickly
The supplements arrived quickly. They were packed well and in good condition. I have not started using this new brand of DHEA yet so cannot evaluate the product results at this time but I have had good results from using DHEA in the past and would not want to give it up.

Prompt dispatch of product
Prompt dispatch of product, however somewhat let down by your courier. SEUR. I recieved an SMS stating that they would be delivering next day. I waited at home, watching and waitng for delivery to arrive. At 10.30am I recieved another SMS saying that SEUR attempted delivery at my address. I can catagorically state that SEUR "DID NOT" try to deliver the product at all. The SMS contained a link to my delivery details allowing me to make alternative delivey / collection arrangements which I followed, I requested to collect from the local SEUR distribution point and was promised a futher SMS instructing me when the parcel would be available for collection.I waited 2 days. Needless to say, I didn't receive the SMS. I decided to go the SEUR on the 3rd day and luckly my parcel was there! Solbia, please consider changing your means of delivery as this experience has tainted my experience. Regarding the product, I can not yet assess the effectiveness or the quality of them due to the loss of 3 days of being able to take them. I hope that my comments do not fall on deaf ears!!
