Hi ( I have contacted customer service…

Hi ( I have contacted customer service about this issue 4 times and it’s no reply)

My order was not delivered to me although it says that it was delivered. The courier did not check his ID card or even the name so the parcel was not delivered to me but to someone else - a random person.

I really needed and wanted the order so bad!

I have emailed your customer service and also the post company and didn’t get any responses or replies that make sense- just automated ones or unclear ones.

So please I ask again - what can I do in this situation - I would like my order to be sent to me again since it was not my fault that it didn’t arrive to me.
Please let me know as soon as you can.

He revisado el número de pedido que dejas como referencia y noté que este caso se esta llevando por parte del compañero Fausto. Como bien lo dejas indicado en tu mensaje, pero en este caso se ha solicitado un tiempo para la investigación con la empresa de paquetería.

La recomendación es continuar al pendiente de los mensajes con el agente de soporte, ya que es necesario investigar todo lo sucedido para ayudarte de manera correcta. Recordando que CeX ofrece ayudar a los clientes en caso de no recibir sus paquetes, ya que no es un fallo por su parte y merecen una solución.

Si no puedes ver las respuestas del compañero, te recomiendo revisar la sección "spam" antes de enviar un nuevo formulario, de esa forma el seguimiento se puede hacer de manera adecuada.

Remember that the delivery time for all orders is 3 to 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days).


At CeX we do our best to ensure that packages arrive within the estimated delivery time, but sometimes orders may take a little longer as they may come from our shops in the Balearic Islands.

The computer arrive smashed as if it…

The computer arrive smashed as if it had been dropped and very poorly packaged. The follow up service via Facebook was amazing and I received a full refund and they collected the broken computer from my home. I will order another one soon.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I opted for click and collect for a PS3 game, and the same day they contacted me to say it wasn’t possible but they would deliver it at no extra cost. The game arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. Extremely happy with my purchase.
