This company is a scam do not invest your money with them. After you know their true intentions they stop replying to your messages and emails. I repeat. AVOID this company at all costs.

They are specialised in robbing your monies, they come cross as real professionals tell they draw enough money from you preferably in shortest time possible, then they stop answering your questions, watsapp or emails, specially when they realise that you uncovered thier real intentions.
Thier positive reviews are from thier staff who are forced to write it, be carful

Terrible Scam - Avoid at All Costs!

I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with ES1, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. This so-called "business" is nothing more than a deceitful operation designed to steal your hard-earned money. I lost all my investment. They keep changing the name of their company, Previously were working as Solomon Investment and now ES1 to steal people's money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I worked for this company for a while and I can assure you that all the good reviews are friends of employees or employees themselves. The team leaders would get pulled into the directors office and told they had to get 2 5 star reviews from each of their team members, who would then contact friends or just do them themselves. Andrew Ward is a fraudster, they sell awful awful investments into really terrible developments. I could not, as someone with a conscience, continue to work here. It’s truly awful what they do and everyone should steer well well clear of this company

Stay clear same employees as Solomon Investment Partners, they will lose your investment. Avoid at all costs.

To those giving 5 stars, ask ES1 if anyone has actually successfully completed on a purchase. Not only that, their experience with running the property as a business with respect to escalating service charges and rental payment problems (if you use their suggested company of course).

Ask how purchasers have found finding a mortgage for these investor led developments, ask what rates and application fees they are being asked to pay, ask if their suggested solicitors are on the panel of these specialist mortgage providers which you will absolutely need to use.
