I would give this 0/5 because they sent me a different colour, and then ignored 2 emails complaing that it was not the colour I ordered. I requested the bank to get my money back because the company is refusing a refund. I have got 2 orders of dye which was not the shade I ordered. And furthermore in the questionnaire they also ignored the info I gave them. I spoke to them and they are refusing a refund on a 30 day return policy they are meant to have
