Their customer service was very thorough when I had questions. The products arrived quickly and were pretty nice!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Even for mass produced garbage, this was bad. Sizing was completely off, products were unfinished and materials were the worst quality. I could have made better clothes and I can’t thread a sewing machine.

The customer service was amazing. I ordered two pairs of the Alessandro pants and the signature polo. All for a great price and reasonable quality. I received my order and realized i ordered all small items. I was relieved when the quick responses from the customer service sent me another order of everything i purchased as medium sizes for free.

I joined this project as an affiliate and promoted their products in good faith. However, even though the payout deadline passed a long time ago, I still have not received my commission. I have contacted the support team multiple times but have not received a clear explanation or any concrete resolution. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope the team will address this issue in a transparent and fair manner.

I would put zero stars but it wouldnt let me, this website i a complete scam you can spend your money with them and they give you nothing in return, you contact them for a refund and they refuse claiming its been dispactched with no tracking details, still waiting after about 2 weeks now i have now decided to leave this review in the hope no one else will fall for this scam

Great quality for the price. Their polos fit nice, and they make my upper body look great.

Shoes as purchased not even close to description. Truly terrible quality and ill fitting. Obviously cheaply mass produced with split insides when supposed to be new and feel wholly misled. Also took way longer to ‘ship’ than stated. I won’t be wasting any more money with this company

I bought a slim fit pants that didnt fit at all and the very quick and nice Support Provided by Alex helped me Out a lot. There is No issue about getting Something different If you dont Like the Item you bought. He placed the new Order for me and I will be buying again soon enough.

Excellent customer service. I love their signature polo, and it was delivered pretty fast. I needed a size up, and they gave me a free replacement, and I even got to keep the original one!

Ordered the Signature Polo, came in rather quickly. It fits around my arms nicely, I’m excited to place more orders with them in the future.

Ordered the Suede shoe in Light Khaki and received it in Light Olive, there was no Brand marking, country of origin or size on the shoe, just a small sticker with the size, no box, came in a plastic bag with the name EsandroVale.
Very cheap quality, I wouldn't even pay $10 for this.
Requested a refund which took 5 days and was told to keep the shoe.
I then requested the company in good faith to replace with the color and size I ordered as complimentary for the trouble I went thru as I had ordered to wear for a few events that I was attending, haven't heard anything to a few emails sent.
Wouldn't trust this company or recommended to anyone!

Customer service off the charts, very polite and made everything right with getting a different size of clothing

I ordered from them almost 2 weeks ago and when my order came it was a bit small. I messaged customer service and they were very helpful and they got me some replacements shipped out very quick and they actually fit.

Poor quality in material and sizing. Product is falsely advertised as linen when product is a cheap polyester blend. Shoes are very cheap plastic and narrow footbed. Would give no stars. Return/refund process has been exhausting and jumping through hoops.
