Received my ESA letter very quickly

Received my ESA letter very quickly, and efficiently. I also didn’t realize I needed a specific form to be filled out in addition to the letter which was an easy add on at a later time. I’ll definitely be renewing my letter with them again!

I love ESA pet

I love ESA pet, starting up was very easy. Anyone who has helped has been very kind and helpful. I’ve recommended ESApet to others and they have enjoyed it as well.

Do research first before paying.

Concise and explained laws and expectations for the ESA holder and responsibilities. The travel request was denied due to "no training". This was unclear, and I essentially paid for nothing. My ESA animal is trained but it was not clarified what level/type of training there was. Perhaps having a how to prepare for your registration and call would be helpful. I do not feel confident the documentation will be successful based on the conversation.

So the 1st thing I liked was the fact…

So the 1st thing I liked was the fact that they had a phone number. They girl I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and encouraging me to ask more. Then the process she explained to me was super easy and quick. The next thing I know 6pm on Friday evening the therapist called and I'm approved. And now the next day have just downloaded my ESA housing letter. The therapist was great he kept it short and simple and on point. Thanks to everyone involved in the process.

Angela our therapist was terrific

Angela our therapist was terrific! She was gentle, complimentary and sensitive when asking our 16 year old the questions concerning her pets and her emotional needs! Everything was in a timely manner! Angela, Thank you for all that you do!

Run away as fast as you can. These people are ripoffs.

So I thought $199 for each of my two dogs was expensive, but I thought OK they reach out to a they talk to you what could be better than that. As it turns out I had to call them. A woman answered the telephone and said that somebody will call me by the end of the evening. No phone calls came in. The next day, now it’s Tuesday. I had to call them back again. At the woman said oh I’m very sorry we had a problem with the lady that was going to call you. Don will be calling you instead. Well as it turned out, Darren did call me. We spoke a little bit. He told me his mom and dad live in my area in Florida. I told him I’m moving into a community that does not accept dogs, this is why I need the letters, and it must have a Florida address on it. The letters finally came in my email with the California heading. Now that doesn’t look like it came off the Internet. I don’t know what does then. I could not use the letters. I asked for my money back, you will have to speak to Ruth he said. Ruth called me and said this is the way it is and we cannot give you your money back. I just lost my husband, I don’t have the money, and if they do not give me my money back, I am going to complain to the ADA, and whoever else needs to know that these people are giving out fake letters for $200 per dog.
