I recently purchased a pair of Sola neoprene socks for use whilst paddle boarding. I had a quick response to a query about sizing of the socks. On receiving the socks the advice given turned out to be spot on. There was a slight delay in delivery due to Christmas post and again I received a quick response to an email query regarding this. The socks are just what I required and fit really well inside some water shoe's.
I found their web site easy to use with useful information about the products advertised. I would happily use this company again for future purchasers.

Super quick reply regarding some queries about collection and lots of support throughout the purchase process. Got to say with all honesty that it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the company. Special mention to Becx for her support and to the young man with the van who helped me load my kayaks and put me straight on techniques for loading and tying down, didn’t catch his name, but I’ll be looking out for him when I paddle to wales… Thank you

Never seen such bad customer service. Dumped the kayak by our car and walked off, no suggestion of if they could help, if we needed anything else, didn’t say thanks or goodbye!!! How rude!!!

Ordered my paddleboard from Escape Watersports and it arrived the next day as promised. Plenty of quality boards to choose from and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Would recommend them and will buy from them again.

Ordered a bodyboard on Monday, and as they were offering a discount on all their products this month I saved a little extra. As my bodyboard was £15 cheaper that other online shops I paid the little extra for next day delivery, and it promptly arrived lunchtime the following day. Once I placed my order I was kept fully updated on the progress of my order via e-mails at every stage. This was the first time I used Escape Watersports and I will definitely use them again in the future....Thank You!!

I purchased a Jobe paddleboard in June which has since developed an airleak from the seam. I initially notified Escape Watersports of the issue using their contact us function on their website on 31st August. I mailed them again on 3rd of September and finally got a response from them on the 6th September. I sent all the information / photographs as requested on 8th September. On 15th September I was then asked for my address so the board could be collected. No mention that the board had to be packaged up, I had to confirm that I needed to package it up. On the 16th I enquired when the board would be collected, five days later still no reply and I still have the useless board. It is now three weeks since I first reported the issue and nothing has been resolved. I am in the market for another SUP however it wont be from Escape Watersports nor will it be a Jobe.

This is the best company I've dealt with in a long time. Good stock levels, competitive prices and delivery rates and dispatch within hours of ordering. I bought a paddle and a cockpit cover cheaper than anywhere else.

Bought a child's kayak paddle through the website, competitively priced, item as described.
Selected the (free) 5 day delivery option, arrived in 4.

Ordered a flotation vest, it turned up pretty quickly. Can't really ask for more than that!

Spent probably £600 on kayak equipment this year but one item I wanted to return but was over 30 days was refused.
The reason was I was in my caravan and not received the item since delivered to home. Considering everything this year that is extremely poor and I will never buy from them again.

I have used this company twice now and have been very please with their service. Both times the order was processed very quickly and the goods arrived next day by DPD who are the most reliable delivery company in my area (very rarely fail to arrive in the 1 hour slot advised by text). I returned some items because the sizing was not suitable and these were processed on the day of receipt with good quality email advice sent so I was well informed. Prices are also very good on their website so worth having a look.

One of the best online companies I have ever dealt with. Excellent range, good prices, lightening fast delivery and a really easy returns process that works. Have bought a few things from them that I have had to return and it has been flawless. Bought a drysuit from them and they phoned me up to tell me they were running an offer the following weekend and would refund me the difference which they did. Now THAT'S good service!
