We used this agency for the first time and everything went perfectly fine. The hotel was great and placed in the centre (Dluga), the flight was trouble-free. We got more than enough information about the trip beforehand and were well prepared. Since thankfully there were no hiccups with the trip it's impossible to comment on how the flight/hotel cancellations would've been handled by the agency. We had a great time.
All would be good, except the transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Have contacted the company minimum 15times. We arrived, no one picked up us. They are giving transfer company phone number which does not work. We arrived at 45 C deg , waited outside for an hour until we gave up and took a cab. I have informed escapeaway, they send the same information with not working contact info. Very disappointed. The same story with transfer from hotel.
