We’re currently going through the design process with Escape and I must say they have been absolutely fantastic so far. Prior to using them, we visited a few other showrooms of competitors but weren’t blown away with service or knowledge. So following a recommendation we tried Escape. Our designer Sarah has been so helpful and has already visited our home to measure and have a consultation, even though we don’t live too close to any of their showrooms.

Today we popped to the flagship showroom in Frome as I was getting so confused with what style to go for, and Emma and Caitlin were so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly that we are now much more focused on what we want.

Superb service all around and I’d highly recommend Escape to friends and family. Big Thankyou to them!

Chris has been very patient with us, throughout our choosing of a bathroom suit, including floors and surrounds.
We have found him to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble!

I can't thank Chris Robson and the team enough from Escape for all there assistance and holding our hand through the whole project, from coming over and helping with design options, layout and working closely with the plumbers who installed all of the lovely products.

Escape Bathrooms, especially Tara was SO helpful when we ordered a replacement shower hose, for an old shower. Nothing was too much trouble for Tara, who went above and beyond, she's a great communicator. Would not hesitate in recommending Escape Bathrooms but ask for Tara.

Tara helped us produce the most beautiful en/suite , she is calm , professional and and knows her ranges inside out.
We are now moving home and went straight back to Tara for her do work her magic in our new home .

My wife and I visited Escape Bathrooms researching a new bathroom and when we asked Steve Key to design and install our bathroom and he strongly recommended we visit Escape and talk to Lucy about showers and fittings we were delighted to agree. We found Lucy to be very knowledgeable and helpful with her suggestions and pointed out things we had not thought about. This is early stages but so far highly impressed.

We started to design our new kitchen in spring 2021. Anna was great and managed to incorporate all the elements we wanted even though other suppliers had said it wasn't possible. Due to some delays with the fitter, we ordered our kitchen in the autumn of 2021 and Sarah was brilliant in finalising the orders and checking everything would work together, answering any questions we had quickly and efficiently. We had a few problems with getting hold of appliances and Rachael was great at corresponding with the suppliers and giving us other options. The kitchen is even better than we pictured and we would highly recommend the service received from Escape.

My partner and I were very happy with the service we received from the showroom, all of the (many) questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently by the team and they were happy to revise our plans accordingly. Deliveries were on time and we were kept in the loop along the way. Would highly recommend using them.

We were very happy with the help and guidance given by Steve right from the beginning through to the end of the process, and his attention to detail was excellent. Any questions or concerns raised during installation were also dealt with promptly and efficiently. We will be returning to Escape for our new bathroom later in the year.
