Very good customer service!

Very good customer service!
I had broken off a piece of my escape box and contacted customer service to ask if it was possible to get it fixed. They told me it was possible to send me a spare part, i just had to pay for the shipping. I had some trouble with getting my paypal account to work without the use of an credit card, so i asked them if i could pay through another service without the use of a credit card. They helped me out by finding a service where i could pay the shipping costs for the spare part and today i recieved it in the mail!

Their customer service is extremely helpfull and fair! I would definitely recommend buying your escape box here.

Great Customer Service!

Great customer service!
Bought Cryptex from this company in Rome's DaVinci Museum. It didn't work properly and wooden key got broken, so you have to be really careful with it. After my initial review they sent me a WhatsApp number to contact them. I did and their customer service agent Lily took a great care of me. They sent me the product again for free, I just paid the postage, which is more than fair. The new Cryptex works perfectly. Sometimes it's just about a proper care. Thank you, Lily 🌹

Amazing Customer Support

I have been a fan of their products for quite some time, but my current interaction with their customer service team has made me a fan for life. Lily was so helpful at getting me all the answers I needed. I had a stuck piece from the building process and they helped me to get it unstuck without damaging the piece and I needed to replace another part from a fault of my own and they replaced the piece no problem. GREAT customer service and she was so polite all the way through. Thank you Lily!

The puzzles are excellent, EXCELLENT customer service.

The puzzles are excellent, very well made, fun to work. I had an issue with one puzzle that I received (it looked like a piece had broken off). They took the time to send me videos of where the piece came from, showing me that it was more decorative than part of the puzzle, that it had only fallen out of the back of it, and that it in no way affected the solving of the puzzle. EXCELLENT customer service.

Puzzles worth waiting for

Ordering was simple and delivery was fast (Germany to USA). The products arrived in perfect condition as they were packaged with care. The puzzle boxes are thought-provoking, cause for using critical thinking, and a pleasure to solve. The ability to reset and reuse the puzzle is a special feature allowing the joy and wonder to be shared with others. I highly recommend others to visit and buy from ESC WELT. I have already placed my next order.

Never received the order as sales rep did not input correct address despite me sending correct address via email. The actual product is amazing though, which I bought another from a reseller.

Overall good experience ordering…

Overall good experience ordering directly from EscapeWelt. Though there was an issue with processing the discount coupon incentive, the company ultimately made it right, and I appreciate that. The package arrived quickly, and so far the Cryptex puzzle appears well-built and looks great (I haven't tried to solve it yet). I do wish they had sent a tracking number so that I would have known what day it was arriving. Sometimes, packages get stolen from my doorstep, but this time I saw it before anything like that happened.

Super long delay on shipping!

I ordered two items from the Black Friday Sale. I received confirmation for one. I never received the promised tracking number. I have sent several e-mails and messages from their contact page with no response. Additionally, I have tried calling only to get a message to use on-line chat that has no information. I wish I had a better way of contacting them, as I fell They are keeping my money without ever sending the product.

Update: I finally received 1 of four packages. It is my belief that they are not sending the packages in a timely manor. I was able to get the other three tracking numbers... Shipping Company is STILL waiting for item.

The website is fine

The website is fine. However, the shipping and tracking process is unclear. My order is a week old and I can’t tell when or if it is shipped.

Crazy Long Delivery Time

Ordered the item on the 11th Nov, & it stated expected delivery time to be 5 days. No big deal plenty of time to receive it in time for my partners birthday.

Well 19 days later the birthday has passed and still nothing, when i eventually had to hound their customer service for a tracking ID (cant fault customer service they were prompt and excellent) I can see that the item wont actually arrive until the 9th of December. In fact, looking at the tracking info, it wasn't even shipped until the 23rd, 12 days after my purchase was made. I am not sure what went wrong here as to be honest i have bought from EscapeWelt before, their items are amazing and there was no long wait for the package to come the first time around. Their previous excellence was the sole reason why i came back to them the 2nd time, however, now i am not sure i will be back for a 3rd...
