Great company. Quick shipping. Super helpful!

I purchased a sit down electric scooter from Escootz and have nothing but great experiences. First the scooter was shipped quickly and I had it in a few days coming all the way to Toronto. The item was in excellent condition and ready for me to assemble. Recently I had an issue with the app associated with my scooter and this company went above and beyond to solve the issue. They kept in consistent communication with me, even when they hadn't heard back from the manufacturer. In the end my issue was resolved! I have nothing by great things to say and highly recommend!

Order part but did not arrive on stated…

Order part but did not arrive on stated time contacted Escootz they said wait until tomorrow , did this still no part contacted again they stated Canpar ( courier ) had lost it ? not impressed but to give Escootz due another item sent out and part arrived in two days.
