Scammers, they send you a whatsapp message trying to convince you to fund the escrow through their website, which looks semi decent and might seem legit to a non experienced trader. But is not be aware of this thieves. Don't use it use only reputable escrow systems.

He was trying to get me to signup for the service, i told him that i need to review the service, and suggest a public meeting first, then he found some vague excuse.
He never confirmed where he was nor how he wanted to get paid, i guess there is a escrow requirement to deposit BTC to the side before the deal.
Operated by scammer(s) who pretend to be buying/selling/trading bitcoin at very attractive prices. Sometimes scammers might pretend to arrange to meet you in person, but require you to send in your bitcoin into an "escrow" site before meeting (in actual fact he will never be meeting you, probably not even in the same country). This site is probably one such "escrow" site operated by the scammer himself, so you will lose any bitcoin that you send in. (One of) the operator(s) uses the whatsapp of +1 (707) 408-4922 with nickname "bestexchanger" to try to lure traders onto the site to "sell btc" at 10% mark up.
On their page they claim "EscrowFix.com is a modern, highly secure and widely accepted Bitcoin exchange platform" which has 10k users and completed 100k trades. But a quick check on who.is shows "escrowfix.com" was only recently registered on 2018-11-05. This review is written on 2018-11-14. That would mean 10k users and 100k trades in 10 days. Only a fool would believe that. Stay away from this scam site!
