Broken Product and Zero Customer Support

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of earbuds and the left one doesn’t work at all straight out of the box. For the price, I expected at least basic functionality, but clearly that’s too much to ask.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I’ve tried contacting them across multiple platforms and haven’t received a single response. No acknowledgment, no support, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company takes your money and then disappears when there’s an issue.

I would not recommend buying from them. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Serious design flaw meant original and replacement earphones broke within weeks - save your money!

I did a fair amount of research before buying a pair of series 3 earphones, and to be fair first impressions were good: for the price the offered good sound quality, had a comfortable fit and stayed securely in place during workouts.

Unfortunately that is where the positives end. After approximately a week of using the earphones I noticed one of them had lost its charge and the charging pins in the case were badly corroded, preventing it from charging again. I contacted customer service seeking a replacement for the faulty earphone only to be told that it wasn’t a warranty issue, but was actually my fault for not completely drying the earphones out before returning them to the case (like that’s even a thing). Thankfully they did then agree to replace the broken earphone and case, however after about a fortnight of use - during which time I rigidly dried the earphones before returning to the case - exactly the same thing happened, rendering them completely useless.

Gave a second star for price and performance when they worked, but I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding the series 3 and spending a little more on some earphones without a serious design flaw that will stop them working within weeks.

3 pairs in 3 years. Blocked on instagram …

I’ve been through 3 pairs in less than 3 years, and my last pair, only one ear bud worked for the last 6 months. All three have had the same issue with charging issues. I’ve always let them dry before charging. The first pair was replaced on warranty which was great, but the second pair failed again in less than a year, but the warranty didn’t apply to the replacement unit. I received the 3rd pair for Xmas last year and it’s no longer working. After commenting my experience on ESCs Instagram they blocked me. Shows the quality of people behind the product. I’d suggest going elsewhere

Series 2 good, Series 3 dreadful

Back in 2019 I purchased the Series 2. These were mazing earbuds. Especially for working out. Fast forward to 2025 when they finally gave up, I decided the Series 3 were the next obvious set.
What a disappointment. They lasted 3 weeks. Customer service was painfully slow (see why later) but after 4 weeks of email root causing, I was informed the headphones cannot be charged if sweaty, and they must be dried before charging. They sent a replacement. After drying extensively overnight (every workout), they died after another 4 months.

So I'm gutted. Why do I think Customer Service takes so long? Well, they have a 6 month warranty. But that only covers your initial purchase. Not replacements. Therefore, dragging out customer service means warranty is also dragged out. Just my opinion. Maybe they were also really busy because of all the complaints.

Only worked for 3 weeks!

Unfortunately they only lasted 3 weeks for me. The first few workouts I used then and they worked great! I wiped them down and put them back in the charging case. The right ear bud stopped working and wouldn’t charge in the case. I reached out to customer service and after a few days they responded letting me know that what I was experiencing wasn’t a warranty issue that it was due to excessive sweating causing corrosion on the charging ports. They did send me a new case but even with the new case it still wouldn’t charge the right ear bud. I hate I wasted my hard earned money on these just to end up having to trash them after a couple weeks of use 😩. So disappointing!!

Avoid at all costs

The products are regularly on sale because they are garbage.

Made with cheap plastic, bang average sound drivers and the charging case feels, and looks, like something you'd get from a children's happy meal.

I had to return one of the earphones within a month or so as they charging unit stopped working / headphone stopped taking a charge.

The new earphone then also failed and I've not had a reply to numerous email sent since 18th July.

They are now avoiding all contact and I am left with non working pair of earphones.

Avoid at all costs.

Reported to trading standard today too.

A scam

I placed the order, and a month later it still hasn't arrived. I've been trying to contact them everywhere for 20 days—email, the website, Instagram, WhatsApp—and they haven't responded. It's a disgrace that after spending 120 euros, they haven't received the headphones, nor have they issued a refund, but above all, they haven't responded. If this continues, I'll see what legal measures can be taken to complain or file a complaint against the company.

This is the first time that I have…

This is the first time that I have written a review for a businesses customer service but it was so good that I feel it ought to be acknowledged.

I contacted them because my Series2 earbuds began acting independently of each other as two individual earbuds. I purchased these in 2020 and ESC don’t appear to sell these on their website anymore so I wasn’t very expecting of a response. However I was very pleasantly surprised that they responded to me with a very detailed email describing how to reset them as a pair.

I’m not the most tech savvy person so unsurprisingly wasn’t able to do the process they sent me. I told them that it didn’t work and that I was going to buy some of their newer series3 instead. However, they responded asking me to contact them on their WhatsApp number, where they walked me through the step by step process of the reset.

Full marks to Harry for his support on this. I’ll definitely be purchasing the series3 model when these eventually stop working.

If you are looking for sports of fitness earphones these are the ones I’ll highly recommend to you.

I have a pair of the third series earbuds which have been going strong for a few years now and I also have the endurance style which I use for swimming and running.

They are about half the price of the similar styles from the bigger brands like Shokz and Dre Beats but of a similar quality it seems.

DO NOT WASTE $$

I ordered 2 pairs of series 3, 2 months ago and both already don't work. One headphone from each set does not connect to the charger. Neither case holds charge, and the headphones connect to my devices even when they're inside the case. I am beyond dissatisfied with the product, and since I bought a pair for both me and my husband, I know it's not just a one-time fluke.

I've reached out twice via email, and my review was deleted from their website so posting here to warn people.

Spend more for a better product

Product doesnt charge well or recharge in the case properly. The small black circle from inside the headphone has fallen out of both earbuds. When i contacted esc they said it was my fault for cleaning them wrong? The plastic holding it down has literally melted. The sound quality is fine, no noise cancelling but i guess they are chepish

the best endurance head phones I've…

the best endurance head phones I've ever used. They pair easily. They charge quickly. And.. they are waterproof! I can swim and dive with them. They have seen me through a 12k, daily workouts, and hold a charge like a champ. The sound is balanced, clear, and loud. I am forever a ESC Sounds fan.
