Platform that grows with your business

Great platform. Very flexible, and provides great data and feedback. Not the cheapest proposition, but you do get what you pay for. Esendex is a platform that will grow with us as a business. Great onboarding support from John and the team.

Esendex is a solid platform

Esendex is a solid platform that we use to text operatives out in the field, very rarely hit any trouble.
the contacts section could be slightly more user friendly but otherwise a pretty solid experience

It does what it says on the tin

It does what it says on the tin.

The company I work for use Esendex for emergency SMS alerts; it is easy to use and our customers like receiving information in this way.

The support isn't always great but you can get in touch with them via email or IM on their website.

I have personally found that some contacts have 'disappeared' after I have added them - some customers have reported that they 'stopped' getting text messages and when I have doubled checked their contact details aren't there anymore. I'm not sure why this is happening.

We are looking at alternative providers as we are concerned about contacts 'disappearing' from the contact list.

Great continuing service from Esendex

We've used Esendex for a number of years now, and they are the only company we use for text messaging.

We've had great experiences working with them, and would recommend them to any company
