The ESET Software is very effective
The ESET Software is very effective. I’ve used it daily since 2011 and it has never let me down.
Recently on a separate device I replaced Norton which had become very “needy” constantly asking for upgrades and enabling new features. This was very annoying. Peace restored now it’s been replaced!

Good protection and support, but needs 24/7support service.
I have had a good experience using ESET. The software itself works well and gives me confidence that my computer is protected. It is easy to use and runs smoothly without causing problems on my system.
What stood out for me was the support. When I needed help setting things up, the support agent was patient and knowledgeable, and the issue was resolved properly. That made a big difference.
However, one area that could be improved is the availability of support. Now, support is only available during office hours. For customers, especially those who may not be very
Technically, it would be much more helpful to have 24/7 support available. Problems do not always happen during the day, and it would give peace of mind to know help is there at any time.
Overall, I am happy with the product and the service I received, but 24/7 support would make the experience even better.

I don't know how my subscription got upped from free to £114 per year, until I got notification for the renewal. I want to definitively cancel this subscription, but can only find ways to pay the £114 or more. I have one hobby computer!
