Not bad great peace of mind
It is relatively simple to purchase again but it was difficult to if not impossible to find a way to see if my phone on the same account or if I could add it at a latter date or merge its account with the pc account. Hopefully at some point it would be possible to merge accounts with different account lengths together and be understood.

I was sold a higher package FOC
I was sold a higher package FOC. When it was time to renew I was not able to downgrade online and had to call. I also was not able to pay online. It was all setup to get you to renew on the higher package I did not require. Ended up buying a separate subscription online. Poor really. Nealy went to another company.

Abysmal customer service
I switched to Eset and paid them £46 for their premium software. They were meant to send me a key by email to download the software. The,email failed to arrive and when chased for it I foun I was being talked to by AI telling me pure gobbledegook why I hadn't got it. So I didn't get the email or the software. I cancelled and told them not to take my money from my credit card, but I wait to see if AI understands. Please do not ask me to reach out to you on a telephone number. I have advanced Parkinson's and am unable to communicate by phone but I told your AI that, but it failed to understand. A solitary lesson in how not to treat customers.
