Substandard performance isn't worth versatility

Very uneven performance of their multi-carrier Eseye SIM cards in North America. Several cases where calls are terminated to a wrong caller and even more cases where Mobile Terminated (MT) calls (i.e., calls to a devices provisioned with an Eseye SIM) cannot complete at all. Poor performance with MT has increased especially in the past week with 4 tickets opened about the same issue, affecting multiple Eseye SIM cards. While it's convenient to have a SIM able to transmit over multiple cell carriers, all of that versatility is worth little if calls don't complete properly. Tech Support only offers to reset the SIM and offers no explanation about what the cause is and most importantly what Eseye is doing about it. Be careful when adopting their offering if you need 100% reliable call termination for both Mobile Outbound (MO) and Mobile Terminated (MT) voice calling.
