I ordered online after seeing a bag at a great piece. It came quickly and well delivered but, through absolutely no fault of eshoes, the item wasn't the best quality. Steven was super helpful in getting a better one to me, even taking pics so I could choose the one I wanted. Really great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.
Hadn't heard of this company before but found a Loungefly Disney bag there I'd been looking for on sale, so decided to give it a try. The free delivery I got was very speedy, ordered on Sunday and it arrived today, Tuesday. Delivered by DPD safely and with a delivery window. It was packaged well, and the bag was in perfect condition.
I'll definitely be looking to buy here again in the future, nice to be able to support a smaller business with unique stock, a lovely range of items and good service!
