Visited the UK Sept 2024. Purchased a sim for one month. Found their service questionable and cancelled and purchased a sim from O2.
I am now back in Canada and they are processing a monthly charge to my Visa which my bank returned but they are continuing to charge. I have always dealt with O2 and regret ever using Lyca Mobile. I cannot use the sim in North America. Warning to other travellers.. DO NOT USE LYCA MOBILE
