From the start contact what great and very helpful. After getting my attic insulated on their initial day to carry out the work they had it finished 1 hour 45 minutes. Although their quote for the labor for work stated 6-8 hours.
After been randomly selected for inspection by SEAI the work had failed inspection on several issues. They came back for their second visit to carry out now the rework from the failed inspection and tried to reassure me they would go through everything make sure it’s perfect so I left them to it. This time the work took around 2 hours 30 minutes which I pointed out to the lads took longer than the original full installation. After receiving a second inspection from the SEAI it was another failed report on a few issues.
Gerry now sent out lads again for the third visit to carry out this work from the report. At which point this work took around 1 hour. They tried pointing this blame at the SEAI which I was not interested in and pointed out I didn’t care who was at fault or not all I wanted was the work to be carried out to the right level of standards it should be at. So at this point although I was annoyed the assured me the work was full complete and to the standard it should be so I simply thanked them. A number of weeks passed when I received a call from Gerry. He mentioned they were having trouble with the SEAI about work not being finished. He asked could he come back out to my property just to simply take some photos of the work that was complete so he could send this to the SEAI as they had been placed on a 6 month suspension from the register.
While his lads where at my property now for there forth visit just to take photos of there own work one of there staff discovered there was 3 different areas with different issues that he seen not to be correct. Which included needing even more insulation as there was a full area that he said had nothing there. So after there own workers are finding faults on there own work now on the 4th visit I tried contacting Gerry to raise my concerns and put a complaint to him on the issue and he agreed this was not acceptable. He has now started to avoid my calls will not answer. Will also not respond correctly to my emails so now on top of poor workmanship I’m dealing with complete disrespect on a customer service basis.

I would never recommend this company to anyone I would not like them deal with this level of poor service.

Highly recommend ESI. We got our attic floored and shelved. From the initial survey, to the installation, they were excellent to deal with. Communication with Peter was very easy and efficient. During install, Peter, Aiden & Odhran arrived on time and were very clean and tidy while they carried out the work. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

From initially dealing with Gerry on the scope and pricing and the assessment carried out by David and finally the install by Peter, Aidan and Eoin the lads have been a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous, respectful, happy to offer opinions or recommendations and carried out high quality work all on the promised time lines. Would be more than happy to recommend ESI going forward.

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone..just got my attic insulation done..The work is top class and very fast efficient and tidy .peter was so helpful from start to finish and looked after everything very professional. Definitely recommend these lads

David and his team were so professional. They were lovely to deal with. We are thrilled with our attic insulation. Woke up this morning to a much warmer house. The flooring and shelves in the attic look great and we finally can use the storage space. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again for all. Much appreciated.

We had an attic that left us with zero storage, a 2 foot strip to the water tank and nothing else. The house was a mess with boxes everywhere. Got a Facebook ad and took a chance. Got chatting to Peter, he came to survey quickly, drew up plans and provided a very reasonable quote. The two lads who came to do the work were a pleasure, they wouldn’t even take tea. The attic is transformed and the house is tidy again. I will be recommending them to everyone! They made my big worry of getting the work done, a no stress success! Will be recommending to all who needs their attic done.

They are a very professional, efficient and courteous company to deal with. From start to finish Peter explained everything in great detail, applied for the grant on my behalf and carried out all works efficiently with his team. I would highly recommend this company.

Really positive experience with this company from start to finish, contacted the rep Peter and he came and checked the area , got a quote the nxt day for Gerry and the lads arrived a week later to do my attic . The two lads David and his son went above and beyond to do a good job. Delighted with the results and can’t recommend highly enough .

Excellent company to detail with from the first phone call.
Arrived for initial quote, ensured we knew all expectations from both parties.
Rep advised we were Approved for SEAI granted within minutes.
SEAI paper work arrived within a few days.
Rep advised we would receive a Quote a few days later which we did and we were extremely happy.
All work carried out to an extremely high standard, kept in the loop on every aspect, any concerns I had as I am not an insulation expert were put to eas as the workers knowledge was second to none.
Attic insulation and 10M2 of flooring all done in one day.
Highly recommend these guys as there work is second to none. I had a few cowboys in before who only cared about one thing $$$$ and had to fix their work.
