Access to the service I desired was fast and intuitive. Everything worked as expected but I mistakenly chose an offer that did not suit my requirements and customer service was very fast and helpful.
eSIM.net offers easily the best plans for the EU. I was excited to use their offering for my trip and purchased a plan, only to then discover that my phone was not compatible. eSIM.net support team were responsive and gracious about it and agreed to a refund. I will use them again in the future!
Their eSIMs do not work, and the customer service doesn't know how to fix it.
This is the third month I've purchased an e-SIM from eSIM.net. Every time it takes 2 days for the e-sims to turn on, except the third time it doesn't work at all.
They keep requesting screenshots and screen recordings and I've sent them all several times and they claim I didn't send them because they do not check their emails thoroughly. It's been four days of the e-sim not working and they will not give me a refund no matter the three times I've already requested it so I have to dispute the charge.
This is ridiculous because it's such an easy service to offer and their own company can't figure it out, nor will they provide a refund for a service that doesn't work.
Do not buy your e-SIM from eSIM.net. It will not work.

Terrible. I purchased a 30 day data plan and my data stopped working after 3 days. I have now spent the last 6 days going back and forth with their support team with no resolution.

esim.net is great place to buy esim card while traveling. they offer data and voice in same pkg. we bought online their esim for usa travel later realize phone Samsung galaxy A73 not compatible with esim card function after realizing we contacted eSIM.net they immediately took action and refund money- in our future trip we will definitely will use their service and will recommend my friends and family members make sure phone is esim compatible 🙂👍
This was the first time I had bought an eSim for a holiday but would not hesitate to do so again.
As soon as I landed in California, the eSim kicked with a message from Vodafone. It was such a relief that I could rely on the eSim to take over when away from internet connection as I had had a very difficult time in Italy when I had been reassured that my current system was enough.
I will be saving this link to purchase another for my next trip.

I have to say the service was great, both while using my phone all through out the UK and Europe. I went to Whales and many other UK 🇬🇧 locations and no problem, travel ed to Paris and Berlín, then Munich and to the Dolomites, Spain I was in Barcelona and the islands (Mallorca and Menorca) as well as Poland and never had a reception issue. I came home had a technical issue ( it’s a re scurrying charge and you need to cancel when finished) and I did not know and they helped me quickly and flawlessly, so thank you to Steve who was the best customer service as well. So yea! 6 months of great service and cero issued from the start! 5 stars and will use them again when I return 💕
I cannot fault eSim's responses to the problems I had which were interesting. I have used eSim on a number of occasions and it is great for really good mobile coverage while abroad and far cheaper than getting it on your own contract I find. It's easy to install and seems reliable. Except for one thing. I was travelling by boat a short distance within the country I had paid for and for some reason the phone picked up a signal from country 60 miles from where I was (both the country I was in and the US were closer). As this country (Puerto Rico) was not covered by the eSim it immediately shut down due to 'unauthorised use in another country'. I had not used it and had never been anywhere near Puerto Rico. What was frustrating is that I was not informed the esim had stopped working and it took me a couple of days of no signal to work out what had happened. To begin with eSim just parroted back that the data showed "This has triggered the Out of Bundle Usage (spend cap), so the eSIM will not reconnect until 1 April 2026". This was no good to me at all as I needed the Sim urgently. Finally, having explained several times that this error was theirs and not mine and I needed the Sim a real human leapt into action and within a few hours eSim gave me a new Sim free of charge to download. I have to say that was pretty great service. My only complaint now to eSim is that they a) inform you when something like this happens and b) believe you when you point out you have never been anywhere near the country that you are supposed to have been in. It is a known problem as a quick search of the internet will reveal!

This is a great company. I have bought many eSims from them. The eSIMs have always worked without any issues in each country we have been to. They have provided great support and have responded in a very timely manner when I have had any questions. I highly recommend this company to others.
