Refund policy

Your refund policy says that if the sim card is not activated you can apply for a refund. My sim card could not be activated cause my phone is blocked and someone from customer service told me I couldn’t get a refund. I understand is not your fault but the policy may be confusing. The 1 star is because your representative was very unprofessional and rude.

What a quick & beautiful service

What a quick & beautiful service. No less than any blessing. Before my travel to US, I am able to purchase an esim and no more hassle to look around for a sim.
WhatsApp support is amazing as they stayed from suggestion till sim activation and this whole process took 3-5mins

I feel ripped off. Not value for money.

I bought an esim that was to provide me unlimited tethering and data. After 10G I was sent a text message from t-mobile I was near my 12G limit. I used their customer services to get the to resolve via their WhatsApp process and they were unhelpful and in the end just gave me a T-Mobile number to call, which I never had any luck speaking to someone. I feel ripped off.

Update in reply to the response. The plan I chose was very clear in its advertising that it was unlimited data and tethering. If there is some small print to wriggle away from that, it doesn't escape my feeling of being ripped off. If there's a misunderstanding, it's because your headlines of what the tarrif offers are misleading. If it was possible to upload the image of the advertised tarrif, I would. And I wasn't on a $40 tarrif. I was on a $60 which you reduced to $81 for 2 months.

I think there might be a misunderstanding. The $40 plan includes:

Unlimited talk and text + Up to 10GB of 5G LTE data.

After you use 10GB of data, your data speeds will be slowed down. However, you will still be able to use the internet for things like email, social media, and web browsing.

If you are referring to hotspot data, then you are correct. The $40 plan includes 10GB of hotspot data. After you use 10GB of hotspot data, your hotspot speeds will be slowed down.

No customer support when things go wrong

Esim supplied worked for about 3-4 days and then stopped. No customer service to help resolve issue, just blamed phones settings even though nothing had changed. Phone was on the list of suitable phones for this product. This company will provide no support if needed. You are better off buying direct from the service provider.

This shouldn't happen unless you deleted the eSIM. We offer full instructions and support for activating your eSIM for new customers right away. Once your eSIM is activated, you get USA Mobile phone number and become a T-Mobile customer. You can get any time help with your account by calling our direct line at +1-800-937-8997. You can also get help at any T-Mobile store.
