Very stylish and effective towel warmer. Looks as good in place as it did in the advertisements.

Excellent product and super fast efficient service. The column heater is great for a narrow space - or any space really- but also so good as it heats the whole towel.

Love the look of these - I have a white one and a grey one. I only use them for two bath sheets in each bathroom and they work fabulously and dry on a 4 hour timer. They also take a little of the chill out of the bathroom.

The Gordon Vertical Heated Towel Rail has proven to be an excellent choice , initially on a recent bathroom renovation and viewing the horizontal products on the market I came across Eskimo Heat , I was lucky enough to attend a recent Home Show and visited the Eskimo Heat stand , the chap I spoke with was extremely helpful and I had the opportunity to actually see the Towel Rail in operation , the one thing that took both my wife and myself was the vertical fit , this made the hanging of towels so easy and the Vertical Hand Rail meant that the towel fell to the full length of the Heated Rail , this is turn made drying very quick and there was no need to re hang / re place the towel , on placing my order I was immediately e mailed with an expected arrival date , this continued until my order arrived , the product is now fully installed and one additional feature was the adding of a timer on the activation switch , this allows us to place damp towels and the Heated Rail will automatically turn off at the required time , great product that works very efficiently and has meet our expectations more than adequately , a big thanks to the Eskimo Heat Team , you have a wining product.

Service was great; hand delivered the next day! Took us months to arrange an electrician to fit, but these cold mornings have provided the impetus to get going. It looks great, dries the towels in a flash and keeps our little bathroom toasty. Why did we wait so long?!

I have a very small ensuite and love how the Gordon by Eskimo Heat can serve two purposes - hangs our towels and also adds warmth to a room with no window to reduce likelihood of mould.

I compared this product with others available from local bathroom specialty stores and this is superior in multiple ways. Ordering online was easy and they kept me up-to-date with ETA, arrived in good condition and instructions made installation by our bathroom renovators easy.

We really love the look of the Gordon heated towel rail. It takes up little space on the bathroom wall and looks different to many other heated towel rails that all look the same. The price is very competitive and the service from Tony is impeccable. Nothing is too much to ask. We have brought 3 Gordon’s and would definite recommend them to others.

The Gordon towel rail looks great and is much more compact than traditional heated towel rails. I find it great for two large towels but trying to fit three kids towels is a juggle.
