Scam

What a total SCAM. Ordered crampons - Grivel RAG10.NCE.F - and paid over 100 Euro. They sent me another, cheaper - Grivel Explorer - worth 30 Euro. Also, they were the wrong size so I can't use them even if i wanted to.

Really pleased and happy

Ordered a pair of UGGs. Really pleased and happy.

Placed the order on a Saturday, was packaged the same day and could pickup the shoes in the postal office in Sweden on Thursday.

Placed an order for 4 pairs of New…

Placed an order for 4 pairs of New Balance Shoes on sale. Hadn't checked Trust Pilot before and when I saw the reviews I got really worried.

However, order was packed same day and shipped day after (from PL). Arrived 3 days after order. No issues, and well packed.

Very happy with total experience and would recomend them.

Noticed the Polish branch that is the main one has better trustpilor rating.

Whatever you do

Whatever you do, stay far away from this 'company'. Sällan (eller aldrig) har jag upplevt dess make till kundfientlighet.

I ordered shoes for a present and they…

I ordered shoes for a present and they sent the wrong size.
Still awaiting a refund a week after the product was sent back.

As of today I have still not had a refund almost 2 weeks later!? This is unacceptable when you were in error. I want my money back.

Fast

Fast, and reliable. I saw the comments but I ordered a HUGO BOSS Chelsea boots. Arrived within 5 working days - new package. I did not try to return the item.
