Very fast and quick
Very fast and quick! The only think is that one could not buy for the same day a ticket, as it takes 8 hours for boarding pass for Austrian Airlines!

Worst company ever
I booked a round trip with them in March for November. Both flight were changed in the meantime and while the first one was still okay the second one was changed from the evening to the morning of the same day which did not work for me, so I requested a refund in July (months before the flights) and then nightmare begun. First they say they can not make a refund for one of the flights. After a research on my side and laying the facts in front of them they admit that they actually can, but only for a fraction of the price of the tickets (66 euro out of 240 euro without the fees). It is now the middle of November and I'm still waiting for the refunds and all the information I'm getting is "we are waiting".
Don't even think about using them for booking a flight as they are full of fees and in a case of a flight cancellation they will not refund your money.

Think before you make booking and read carefully
If you book you never ever gone be able to make refund even if you book by mistake, so costumer service I totally useless.
