Not fair
I send my bank acc info and u take immediately money from it but my reservation is still open waiting approval.. not correct, I have already sent this feedback to you and with it I mean I have my money taken right in the moment I I click on button reserve, but i have my ticket in the next day, after a couple of hours u take to approve it.

Offers come late only when I have purchased a ticket. There is no immediate answer to the availability of free places. The direct flight search function is blocked! This is incorrect !!!!
