Hello,
I made the Chek in online didn't get any confirmation and had to make it I the airport and pay a extra charge of 40euro. Now the same for the return flight, the check in is already make but I am sure I am going to pay an extra charge. No more esky

hello, I booked a plane ticket with air europa Paris Marrakech on July 01, 2021 with a stopover in Madrid. the connecting flight from Madrid to Marrakech was canceled and the company air europa told me that I must contact the ESKY online travel agency with which I bought the ticket so that they can send them the refund request.

To the attention of ESky, its customers or future customers,

I am sorry to note that, despite the multiple commitments of the company, the refund of my tickets dated February 02, 2020 for an amount of 427.70 euros (Order No. 98672709) has, at present, still not been made and this after a year of waiting and various promises in this direction:
"Your request is being processed". (April 7, 2020) (...) "Your request for refund (...) to is currently being processed ... ". (September 20, 2020)
I believe that it was responsible at the height of the crisis to show understanding and patience, being fully aware of the difficulties caused by the situation, but I fear that this approach has been misinterpreted by Esky, which seems to me to hope for the weariness of a customer who has chosen to adopt a conciliatory approach to overcome the problem he is facing, but who ultimately comes up against a refusal to accept, lenient letters and a non-existent online customer service:
"All lines to your correspondent are busy. Please call back later".
I hope I'm wrong about the company's strategy, but the fear is that the company will not honor its commitments to a customer who has had his or her flight cancelled - "We inform you that your reservations K1D9NRD and K1D9PFW have been cancelled. April 1, 2020, 13:04" - is growing.
In view of this unfortunate experience, I can only invite potential future customers to wonder about the trust to be shown towards this actor of the air transport not so much because of its current difficulties but because of the very little consideration it seems to show towards benevolent customers whose attitude seems to be seen as a sign of weakness which it would be tempting to abuse.

For two months I have gone round and…

For two months I have gone round and around with Esky. I have sent over 40 emails to rebook my tickets. They confirmed in WRITING that they would do so but they never rebook the flights. I have contacted my VISA to have them get involved. DO NOT USE ESKY! You will regret it. They just take your money and ignore you.

useless do not use

I booked a flight to Portugal for March this year in September 2021, the retreat I was going to is closed because of COVID until May so I have had to postpone to march 2022, asked for a refund - told no, said ok postpone my flight to 2022, no wont do that as you only have a year from the time you booked your ticket - really with all that is going on in the world, we are all having to be flexible and help!! Never use again and will tell everyone else not to

eSky has the worst customer care possible
After having booked a ticket for a Qatar Airways flight with eSky, and buying a cancellation insurance, we had to cancel the flight due to medical reasons. After a horrible time with numerous mails and complaints eSky never refunded the ticket, eventhough we were entitled to full refund with the insurance. eSky is refusing any kind of help. Don’t trust them with anything and never buy tickets with them. They are thiefs

Did book a flight through Esky in February 2020, what a mistake...!
Indeed, My flight to New York have been canceled due to COVID19, asked 10 times Esky to reach United airlines and asked for My money back .
Unfortunately I always received the same email saying , first they do not find my reservation number ( which I provided already 10 times ) and then that they are still waiting for the airlines company to revert.
Seems strange when fews colleagues have been already reimbursed by the United.

SCAM company beware

FRAUD

I called literally 2 minutes after I bought the ticket cause I realized something wasn't right, and I have been calling ever since and doesn't matter if its morning afternoon or night their answering machine always says we are out of working hours,
I sent emails I filled the form to cancel all within 10 minutes and NOTHING once they took your money you can forget about it.
And to make everything worse I was charged more than what they showed on the receipt Its a plain fraud

ESKY = THIEVES!!!

I planned a trip to the USA in August 2020 that has been canceled due to Covid 19. I sent about 8 emails to Esky to get the money back. I also contacted the airline (Norwegian airlines) who told me they had refunded Esky for my reservation. I keep getting the same answer from August. Never seen the money back!!! I would like to know if some group legal actions can be done as I see many people who are dealing with the same situation.

Since more than 7 month I am waiting for my refund money!

My flight was cancelled because of COVID-19 in April 2020. Since then I am now waiting for my refund of my ticket - this is now more than 7 month ago. I do not understand this delay. I have friends whose refund came after 2 month of the flight cancellation. I want to know WHERE my money is and WHEN I will receive my money back! I do not know if the problem is with the travel agency, I booked my flight with or if it is with the airline company itself (Turkish airlines). I am really disappointed, and I will use all the known internet platforms and social media to write a negative review of eSky and Turkish airlines.

I am supposed to be in Tenerife this week but I am at home...I have tried to contact esky many times but still no answer... I went to the airport on sat 24/09/20 to get my flight but it does not exist ,can you imagine my distress .I do not understand how it is possible to happen.I do not know what to do to get to speak to somebody .HELP

Esky une honte ! Esky it's a shame

Esky ne m'en parlez plus jamais ! Depuis le mois d'avril cette société nous mène en bateau quant au remboursement de nos billets pour Copenhague. A chaque fois que je les contacte, c'est toujours le même baratin "c'est long, on attend les consignes de la compagnie, etc." A ce jour aucun remboursement alors que tous nos autres billets (KLM, EasyJet nous ont été remboursés).

Esky don't ever mention it to me again! Since April this company has been taking us on a boat to refund our tickets to Copenhagen. Every time I contact them, it's always the same line "it's long, we're waiting for the company's instructions, etc." To date no refunds have been made, while all our other tickets (KLM, EasyJet) have been refunded to us.

ESKY, agence de voyage polonaise totalement bidon sans aucun respect de ses clients, des promesses encore des promesses et rien au bout, impossible de se faire rembourser alors que j'avais annulé mon vol depuis mars.

They keep my EUR705.97 and don't refund me

Since April 24th no answer, no voucher, no refund...
I wrote emails for 4 months to contact@****.fr, the only reply I had on on March 23th and April 24th was it's "we will get back to you shortly" since then I wrote you four emails no answer!!!!!! Your phone number 0178900788 doesn't work, an automatic voice says every day that you are closed.
No voucher... NO REFUND! they stole EUR705.97 from me and I want to be refunded ASAP.

I will continue writing here my awful experience every month if you do not REFUND me immediately.

It was a present I made to my wife and you dare ruin it that way... By not refunding us our money!!!!!

You finally answer to us. Here is what you write at the beginning of your email:

So Thank you Trustpilot because it helps us to have an answer after 5 months.
Unfortunately for you, I work for tour operators in Canada and your answer is wrong.

When the COVID-19 happened we had to refund our customers for what we sold. We never ever said to our customers "we wait for IB or AA or AY (airlines company IATA) to refund us to refund you" what is this wrong information you are giving us.

The customer doesn't have to struggle for our partnerships.
So the steps are we refund the customers and we deal with the airlines afterwards.
My customers travelling with AA, AY, IB has been refunded two weeks after they claim it and others automatically,
So why ESKY is having trouble to refund?

Should we do a bad review to them and tell them ESKY says is your fault? Because working in the same field as you I already know the answer... They will tell me it is ESKY that has to refund you because they are reselling our product.

They will be right.

We don't want a voucher... We want to be refunded NOW.

Experience since September 21st.

You are asking us to be patient?! Five months is more than patience.

Flight canceled in April, still nothing from ESKY

Our flight booked via ESKY as of 21st of January 2020 has been canceled due to COVID-19 crisis. Since that and despite emails, phone calls and even registred letter, we have no news about the reimbursement we asked for. it has been now more than 4 month that we demand for this and no answer from ESKY. Wouldn't use ESKY again at all !!!

Took forever to respond

The process of booking the flights was fine. However, if you want to change anything regarding your flights (such as luggage or changing to a different flight) they were completely useless! Took weeks to reply, at which point my queries were no longer relevant. Wouldn't use again.
