It is very fast in terms of service and providing updates on the status of the booking; it also offers online check-in and priority handling for checked baggage.

The worst company ever
Terrible company. I do not recommend esky to anyone. My air tickets cost 86€ from Athens to Thessaloniki they charged me an extra 50€ as a booking fee without tell me anything just brcause i don't read your terms and click the button. When I complaining with email, they replied that I accepted their terms and thats it.. Never again.

Hello, thank you for your comment. Please be informed that as an intermediary in the sale of flight tickets we charge a service fee. The fee is non-refundable and is charged for using the search engine, issuing a ticket and after-sale service (including handling possible refunds). Information about its amount is specified in the price summary in the booking form before accepting the purchase of the ticket. Moreover, the information about the service fee is included in the eSky Terms and Conditions accepted before the purchase (point II.14).
Best Regards

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. They cancelled my flight but never told me about it. I accidentally learned about that by a friend who was supposed to travel with me. They cancelled it 3 days before. Never got any compensation or offered an alternative. Took forever to answer an email and no phone service at all.
Expected a compensation at least because a flight that was supposed to cost 130 euros ended up coatinf 430 and never got anything back or the compensation that i was elligible for , for 250. I even paid their OPTIONAL insurance and never took any responsibility. Worst conpany ever when something goes sideways. They can't handle anything

Easy booking and paying.
It was easy and comfortable to book my air tickets with E-sky. Mainly the low fare calendar and the timely notification of a low price for the destination I was looking for, was amazing. Thank you.
