I thought I was on finn air. First when I had payed a service fee on 100 dollar I understood it was a travel agency. This is a scam. Do not use this company.

One wrong button click, and contacting customer service immedietly. Unfortunalty, zero use from their customer service. Hope company will choke on my money.

WARNING !! DANGEROUS BUSINESS

Do not associate yourself with this dangerous, shady "business." Their correspondence and emails appear to be efficient, but there is no truth; it's a ploy to defraud you. People have said many times that they don't follow their refund policies and have been known to sell tickets for failing airlines while saying it's not their problem.

At all costs, avoid the stress and aggravation of interacting with this reprehensible organization. Even if you have to spend a little extra elsewhere, it is not worth it.

Flight details: Order number [8150493310] Flight number: [CRZ-QNNLF-118] We've been trying to work out a problem with Esky about a canceled ticket for more than two months, but we don't know when or if we'll even get a refund. I'm leaving a review for this reason. I have also read similar reviews, so I am hopeful that this will prevent other people from falling victim to this scam.

There is no tickets !! and no contact details!! I'm starting to get very worried ... please send me my tickets ASAP .

I've been trying to reschedule a flight for over a year. On November 30 of this year they told me of an option of a flight to be able to travel on December 19, that is, in 1 DAY. And they still don't confirm anything. They make me wait. The last email was on December 14, telling me that I can travel until December 31 (already in 2 weeks). He replied that I can travel any day. And still I have not received a response. What you do is make wait and wait. My case is PRIORITY. I HAVE WAITED MORE THAN A YEAR AND THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED ANYTHING FOR ME. PLEASE I NEED A SPECIFIC SOLUTION TO ANSWER ME WITH A FLIGHT, WITH A NEW RESERVATION CODE. NO MORE WAITING. PAY UP TO TRAVEL INSURANCE AND STILL THEY CAN'T SOLVE ME ON TIME.

Pure scam. Ordered tickets for my flight that I commute with every week. I checked with the airline if they had my name on the passenger list, they responded with no and that they haven’t received anything from Esky. I contacted Esky and confronted them. They said it was canceled due to Covid. It was absolutely not canceled. I also asked them when they were supposed to inform me about the so called cancelation. Only response i got was that I could complain.
Thank you Esky, I’m now stuck here on my f’ing birthday.

eSky has the worst customer care possible
After having booked a ticket for a Qatar Airways flight with eSky, and buying a cancellation insurance, we had to cancel the flight due to medical reasons. After a horrible time with numerous mails and complaints eSky never refunded the ticket, eventhough we were entitled to full refund with the insurance. eSky is refusing any kind of help. Don’t trust them with anything and never buy tickets with them. They are thiefs

I will report ESKY to the Norwegian Consumer Counsil first thing on monday. I requested refunds for my Krakow tickets Mars 28 because the flight back got cancelled, I then requested again in April only to be told that the airline has not answered their request yet. Well, they don't actually need to, because I ordered my tickets from ESKY, not directly from the airline. This is really shady and I think ESKY owners have other plans this coming months. But who knows. They do not answer me wether I get my refunds back or not, therefore my insurance can't help me. This company is horrible, period.

Do NOT order anything from this company, I have read other reviews and their service is quite horrible for new customers too.
