- bad service

- bad service
- 8 weeks waiting time instead of 5 working days like they mention on their website
- no replies at all, not on the phone, not via email, not via social media,....
- the bike looks good but the battery is very poor, have to charge every 50km
- would not recommend at all

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANOTHER BIKE/COMPANY

The bike is awesome

The bike is awesome, I ordered the Ghost 250 and at the moment everything is fine. The only thing i didn’t like it is that i had to wait 13 days for the delivery day and in the page said that was going to be delivered in the next 5 working days, so yeah… that part wasn’t precise at all

Don't buy ESMaster

Don't buy ESMaster, terrible products which are not working and they charge you without your consent.

Since day one I got issues with this bike.
The bike went back to ES Master 3 times and a replacement was never proposed
Brakes were not working straight away > go back to the shop for repair.
2nd time, same issue + motor is not working > back to the shop!

3rd time (The best): Battery was stolen and so I spent again 400e on their shop to get it replaced >>> NEVER WORKED so back to the shop! They ship it back to me without any infos about what was done and obviously it was not working so I had to ship it back AGAIN!

With the above and this 2nd battery shipment time I asked to take back the bike completely because it was so bad that it needed to be checked: I highlighted that AGAIN the brakes were not functioning properly

They nicely changed them WITHOUT telling me about the cost before doing it.
At the return of the bike, the delivery person asked me to pay 90e for it while I was not aware of this charge, there was no agreement about it! With the surprise, I accepted to pay 50e instead but that was way too nice from me. It was scamming and I could go attend a legal action if I really want push it that way. Any commercial action the offer has to be approved by the buyer FIRST which was not here. The guy admitted his mistake though I pay for it because "We replace so you have to pay" >>> scam

Amazing thing now: The bike creaks so you dt need a ring bell

Customer service is not aware of what the problem is on the bike, ask to pick it up at their place while they pick it up at your place... unprofessional.

So:
Bike is going back multiple times to the repair center
CS Service is inefficient about telling you what happens when you ask WHY the bike is again not working.
They ship back parts that are not working without telling you more about it.
They charge you without any agreement on the price and so you are stuck otherwise they take back the bike.

Incompetent Stuff !!!

the girl who works at the shop in Amsterdam is incompetent, she doesn't know how to do her job! two weeks ago I took my bike to be repaired due to a system error, the girl in the shop immediately tells me it will be fixed in 72hr. But after a whole week the bike hasn't even been checked by anyone but just moved from the shop in Amsterdam to the one in Alkmar.. after repeated unanswered calls, finally someone decides to answer the phone ironically saying don't worry we will call you as soon as we start to fix it.. Another week goes by and no one calls me back.. as I thought.. so I call the shop back and ask where it is and what condition my bike was in, they do a check and tell me we haven't fixed anything yet, I asked for the reasoning and they tell me that I didn't give them the battery keys .. because the girl who was there in the shop didn't ask you for the keys to the battery and now I haven't used my bike for 3 weeks because of their mistakes !!

Great service. Good customer service. Any queries answered. Good delivery driver he knew what he was talking about regarding my bike. All good
