I purchased a Mighty plus I have tried to register the device.
The device is a fake and I cannot believe that you openly sell fake products.
It’s a disgrace
I want a full refund for this device.

After purchasing the Xros Mini Pod, I encountered some issues, such as the pod's bland taste and a burnt smell in the vapor.

When I reached out for assistance, it took approximately 2 weeks to receive a response. They initially suggested buying a new pod as a solution, which did not resolve the problem. Subsequently, they identified the device as defective and offered a replacement, which I declined due to negative online reviews about the device.

I requested a refund, and they requested the essential details like the order ID, pictures, etc. After that, they disregarded my messages for several days. When I inquired again about the refund, they ignored this query and instead asked if I wanted a replacement product. Despite my clear preference for a refund over a new item, they continued to neglect my requests for days until I had to adopt a firmer tone. Eventually, they agreed to issue a refund; however, it has been 9 days, and I have yet to receive my money.

This exemplifies poor customer service where customers are ignored when seeking refunds, which is unacceptable.

There has been some issues with their website accepting danish currency and therefor is bugging out, but they are very helpful with finding a solution for it regardless, 10/10

I see nothing is messing all good but one things is that there is not much information about each product like i paid for "Strawberry Milkshake från eSmokes Juice (40ml Shortfill)" but i really want to know what the pg/vg is which is important to mention.

I've tried the others, but eSmokes are the very best.

Free & fast delivery, great pricing and a fantastic range... Yes! I like the Klarna invoice option and thier customer service is really top class, if you ever need it.

I really enjoy their service and quick responses. Also their deliveries usually arrive within days, usually the next day (except on weekends, duh :D). I have no complaints and all the products seem to work fine. Quality seems good, have been their customer for a couple of months now. I have run into troubles on their website with speed but i was assured that this will change within the week... (if you can call this a complaint XD)

While I love esmokes.se, how many of these must I fill out? It's getting redundant.

I have been making purchases from eSmokes since December or January because they ship to the U.S. but every since they upgraded their website I can't get my orders or my money back. I don't know about anybody else but I thought if you patronize a business they would honor the relationship, unfortunate for me that does not seem to be the case.

I found on smokes.se some products at costs I never found on any other website. The products were well protected, and arrived from Malmö to France in approximately a week and a half even though I had a problem with the French post because of which I thought the package was lost. Great client support, fast, efficient, would recommend and purchase again.

Never had any issues and I've been a longtime customer.

Everything is perfect, but the problem I see is that many products are not described, and missing pictures sometimes. Anyway delivery, support etc. is 5/5 stars but the site is 4/5 :)
