Esnan Dental Clinics Reviews 

I went to this dental clinic in Istanbul specifically for dental implants. While undergoing the implant procedure, they also filled another tooth. This filling was done poorly. Upon returning to the UK, the filled tooth began to cause me significant pain. I had to have it extracted by my dentist here in the UK. Even worse, I am now experiencing pain in the tooth next to the one that was filled. This has been a painful and costly experience, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when considering this clinic, especially for complex procedures like implants.

Esnan Topkapi was recommended by a friend.
First visit, clinical examination. Scan and xray showed sinus bone loss which Mr Orhan Gecor quickly and painlessly rectified. Thank you Mr Gecor for the amazing efficiency of your work.
Over a period of 5 days, all the foundational treatment was done efficiently and gently. Was fitted with aesthetic teeth for 5 months to allow healing of gums and sinus graft.

2nd visit. Dr Kamer Celik who was really thorough, fixed in my final implants. Thank you Dr Celik for being so happy and funny. It's good for your patients.
Thank you to Mohammad my contact, the lovely girls on reception, attentive translators and amazing medical team, Mr Gecor, Dr Celik and the whole team of nurses for taking care of me and eliminating my worries and apprehension.
Love the way Dr's regularly wander into each others treatment rooms and get involved with the patients.
My final visit later this year will be for a check up and would love to see everyone again

I found Esnan Dental Clinic through a colleague of mine. As I saw the pictures from him and his wife, related to the final job done. I decided and got in touch with the clinic over the page and started with the chat channel. Immediately , they assigned me Mr Mugdesem.I was in the clinic from 25 to 29 NOV24 and I returned to my country next morning.
After the evaluation from Dr Ercan Emrem final adjustments were made to the initial plan, I was assigned Dr Bilal and his assistant took great care of me.I’m very satisfied with the treatment done,I must say that they deserve this public review as a commendation.

Highly recommend Esnan Dentist in Topkapi, Istanbul - Dr Guvan Can is just amazing and has treated me each visit and his work is phenomenal. They really are so advanced in dental work. Absolutely love my teeth, My husband also had his teeth done here, plus we have sent many of our friends and family who have also received a great service and are happy with their teeth. His assistant Tugge was also very nice and professional. If you are thinking of going to Turkey to get your teeth done, pay that little extra and go to Esnan you will not be disappointed!!! Excellent service very professional and at the same time friendly. Dental specialists in implants were Uzm. Dr Orhan Gecor even if he gave you a little pain it’s done fast and knowledgeable, DT Guvencan Cinar and his assistant Tugce Ustun were more fun no pain and they gave me teeth I never had in my life. I went to Esnan after I had broken a tooth I needed it repaired and would also have old filling replaced.

Unfortunately the tooth that broke needed to be removed and an implant placed. During the implant placement the doctor was very rough and I left feeling sore with a lot of pressure.

Fast forward a few days and many ibuprofen later the pain did not stop. The temporary tooth moved rather than being stable and I developed a blister on my gum which was a sharp pain.

I contacted the clinic and spoke with Hassan who arranged a call with a dentist. The dentist told me this was normal and to rinse my mouth with salt water.

I asked to return to the clinic in the following days and was told this is not needed as the pain and blister was normal.

It did not seem normal to me. I contacted a local dentist who took X-rays and saw black surrounding the implant indicating an infection which was also verified by the blister on my gum. He prescribed an antibiotic.

I contact Esnan and provided them with the X-rays and the doctors notes. Again they said it’s normal and use salt water.

I then went to another dentist (my normal dentist who had returned from a vacation). He took a panoramic Xray and exam. Again, it’s an infection. More antibiotics.

Esnan, keep using salt water it’s fine. Return in 3 months.

I am at month 2.5 from the implant. I had it removed yesterday at my normal dentist due to the ongoing infection, the implant not implanting with the bone and the movement of the temporary tooth.

I have been in contact with Hassan from Eanan nonstop since the implant. Over 100 messages. At no point did they recommend an antibiotic. I asked several times to return, they said it was not needed until month 3.

I am now dealing with the removal of the implant, the rebuilding of the bone and 9+ months without a tooth and 2400+ euros in dental bills.

Esnan says it’s not their problem. I can pay to return for them to try again.

Beware! They do not provide good follow up care. They do not take responsibility.

Despite my excitement, life's responsibilities - a new job and my children’s educational commitments - meant I could not immediately take advantage of this opportunity. It wasn't until March 2024 that I could travel to Turkey. Ossama ensured a seamless experience, arranging accommodations at a five-star hotel near the clinic and providing English interpreters, among other thoughtful accommodations.

Upon my arrival, Esnan Dental’s exceptional standard of care became immediately apparent. My dental needs were complex, including numerous extractions and the installation of 12 implants. Despite this, the clinic confidently accepted the challenge. Their flexibility with the treatment timeline further exemplified their dedication to patient care, accommodating my need to return home sooner than the usual process dictated.

Observing Esnan Dental's operations firsthand was awe-inspiring. Their use of cutting-edge imaging technology, German titanium implants, and zirconium crowns spoke volumes of their commitment to quality. I was a bit nervous, but the Esnan staff were exemplary. The interpretor Saadia stood by me all the way and was like a little sister.

Special thanks to the oral diagnosis team Dr Hatice and her assistants Emel and Tohana, the surgeon Dr Levent and his team. He was so experienced. He quickly performed several extractions and installed 12 implants in a couple of hours. He was excellent, and his assistants (pictured) were just angels! Dr Guven and his assitant Tugce, and finally the translator Saadia for her help and support.However, what truly set Esnan apart was its internal oversight process, involving the collaboration of three highly qualified dental specialists. This unique approach facilitated real-time evaluation and adjustments, ensuring impeccable results.

Reflecting on my experience, I can confidently assert that choosing Esnan Dental for complex dental procedures is a decision you won't regret. The comprehensive care I received for under $8,000 - inclusive of dental services, accommodation, and travel expenses - far exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thank Asnan Clinic for the kind attitude, professionalism and taking responsibility. I felt swelling in my gums and the clinic invited me to come, after the x ray it was decided to perform an episectomy surgery. In the Asnan clinic, the doctors is expert in every field, so I felt safe from the very first moment. The operation went quickly and without pain at all, even that evening after the effect of the anesthesia wore off I felt no pain at all. Amazing place for dental treatment best in Europe. I would recommend this place for everyone who is looking for dental treatment plus they have onsite labs so things can be super fast I was amazed by everything in this clinic service to professional doctors . Prayer room spotlessly clean & shining clinic coffee & drink bar free of charge. Restroom if someone need rest. Hello everyone, I'm Carmen from Romania. Here I am with my second review. I decided go to the dentist, but I wanted like each of us to trust the clinic I"ll go to. A friend who lives in Israel recommended Esnan to me and sent me the phone number. I sent a message and was contacted by the clinic's consultant the same day. I sent an x-ray after which I scheduled an online consultation that lasted about an hour and was explained in great detail all the treatment I will follow: the first stage extractions, implants and root canal treatments. I left with a temporary prosthesis and for the next 3 months I was able to lead my life normally, and in the second stage I completed it. The result is fantastic, as I wanted and maybe even better. For the second visit I thank my consultant Bakri who is a true professional, he took care of everything and Dr. Hacer who is very professional and has an extraordinary gentleness.
I can honestly tell you that I stepped into the clinic with fear of the unknown and left at the end grateful that I chose this clinic. I 100% recommend Esnan and the true professionals with whom I collaborated.
