I had a great shopping experience. I was advised by a family friend that I can purchase products from here that would help with softening my hands and therefore bought their coconut hand cream. It's a life changer! Keep my hands really soft and lasts a very long time too. Not too sticky and dries quickly. I've had several compliments about the smell too! I also purchased some wax for my partner and hair gel- delivery was very quick and navigating the website was very easy for me.

I usually shop with Eson in store. However, recently I was unable to so I called them and they directed me to their website and I will definitely be sticking to the website. It's so easy to find everything, the design is great especially for people like myself who aren't great navigating computers and tricky websites (I usually give up more times than I complete a purchase.) The prices are comparable to shopping direct with them, I ordered one day and received my order the next. Can't complain about that! There was a slight issue with my order and I dealt with Yusuf who should be teaching courses in how customer service should be. My emails were responded to swiftly and my issue sorted within hours of reporting it. Genuinely can't fault anything about the service, price, speed and range of products. Amazing, amazing, customer service.

I don't like to bad review small companies. But my product arrived in a bad state, and broken, and i was told it would have to go througg wahl to varify the fault and other odd things rather than just get a refund, despite the fact I was well within the returns period.....

My clippered has clearly been thrown about during transit, with the clipper guard off, with various dents and cuts to the box it came in as a result. It wouldn't cut on arrival.

This is probably more of a fault of wahl and their poor packaging, that or my sleeve and insert which should have been present was taken out by the seller, or someone else had already returned the product they sold me.

Either way the soloution proposed by the seller wasn't good.

I ended up repairing the product and the tension spring myself.

edit: After seeing their reply I'm actually just going to return the product now so as they are just taking the mick, and so don't have to deal with them in the future. I repaired the product with my own time and effort due to their faulty packaging and they are still somehow blaming it on my hair.

My favourite place to buy hand creams.Always comes fast and in secure packaging.Customer service is lovely ,never had a problem.Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a Gabri hair powder from them and was really pleased. I had initially used the powder recommended by my hairdresser, but it just wasn't doing the trick. So, I decided to buy some more of the powder online from eBay, but when I did I got a very inferior product purporting to be the authentic product, which it clearly wasn’t.
