Painfully slow answers, and conversations are eventually left hanging without a solution. It has been going on for over a week, five calls to customer service, and no resolution. I am abroad, unable to make or receive phone calls, and paying for a subscription that I cannot use.
AVOID: I had my internet with Orange in France but the connection and service were both so poor that I cancelled the contract. I spoke to an advisor on the phone who said it was ok to bring back the livebox in 3 or 4 months when I return to France but I have since received an email saying I have to pay Euros 100 if it's not returned in a month. That is not what was agreed.
I had an online chat with Orange during which they said they didn't care what I'd been told on the phone. I then tried to call 7 times but simply kept getting a message saying they were busy and to call back. Eventually I just managed to get hold of a lady called Georgette who basically said the same. She didn't care what someone had told me and while I was mid sentence she hung up on me.
Not only was she the rudest customer service person I have spoken to in a long time but it just shows what kind of company Orange are.
